I do with my job it’s a hard balance , but it’s worth it I mean I can’t hand out chains like this but I give out constant raises and take care of my ppl , used to cover 100 percent of their health insurance but we can’t right now struggling but yay. Ppl can get lazy on you and take advantage when your too nice but Hecz hold it down and don’t let that happen.
