My solar package is a 400i. I believe it has lead acid batteries. If I were to replace the lead acid batteries, does the system need to be adjusted to accept the new lithium batteries?

Good Morning, Yes in your solar app you would need to adjust the settings to accommodate the lithium ones that you will be installing!

Hi I bought a 2020 33RL Outback and added a Solar package in Calgary Alberta Canada in 2019. I been having a lot trouble with my batteries. They have been charging but not keeping a charge. I have tried a generator and still doesn't charge. I have purchased batteries 3 times now. Now would Lithium batteries solve my problems?

Good morning, it's hard to say just off this if that would be the saving factor here, however, we can advise that lithium batteries are preferred with the solar system. You can certainly try it and if you are still having issue, we'd recommend having a professional take a look at the system you had installed for you. Thank you.
