Sean, loved, loved, loved it. I’m so happy you kept the ending music! It wouldn’t be a BladeMate without it. 😊 GREAT JOB, AS ALWAYS! I couldn’t believe you found steps.😀 This property is really unique. They need to power wash those steps out back, very slippery. It’s so nice to see you, missed you. Take care. When you’re here, I’ll be here.💚
What an astounding transformation!! You can even see the pretty river out the back part of the property. Truly amazing what some hard work and some expertise can accomplish.
Yep, great job. But that’s not the river, it’s farmland there on the flood plain just with some temporary surface water after recent rain. The river isn’t far from there, but you can’t see it from that street.
Thank you so much for sharing this gem with us Sean. Your client must be overjoyed with the results and relieved to know you will there in the future. Regards to you, Claire and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
G’day Sean and greetings from Melbourne. What another amazing job you did! It is hard to believe it is the same backyard. You really get your money’s worth out of the whipper snipper, don’t you? I am sure the homeowner is ecstatic and so glad that you are going to continue to maintain the property. My yard is in a similar state and you give me hope that one day it will be restored to some order. Take care and I look forward to your next video. 😘💕 PS: I forgot to mention, seeing that Besser brick incinerator brought back memories of one we had in our backyard.
Now that’s a transformation and reveal if I ever saw one. What a view you gave this homeowner. Absolutely beautiful Sean. You’re one hard working man. Thank you for great content ❤️👍🏼🇺🇸
Amazing outcome, Sean! The yard has an almost European feel with the view of the water. I hope the owner will enjoy their backyard now. Picnics and evening drinks at the end of the property should be amazing.❤
Terrific job, and a really nice, pretty property! I don’t think I have ever seen, on any channel, an Australian home with less fencing than this one. Minimalist to the max on two sides. 💕🇨🇦
Sean, man, you are some kind of Magician with that trimmer…you make things disappear while making others magically reappear like the steps, the brick edging, the water view. And those trees seriously needed a “haircut”… what a delightful, cute property WELL DONE! Lovin ya as always ❤️🇨🇦
Amazing! You are the very first lawn care guy that I was introduced to and you're still my favorite! You take such great care of other people's lawns and your consistency shows! ❤❤❤
Great job Sean and helper! 💪 The garden looks fantastic now, I got a bit worried when you went down that hill but the mighty scag proved the only thing that stops it is a sopping wet lawn 😁
That yard was neglected for a LONG time. I love it when you find unexpected steps and sidewalks, and open up a view. Great work, and good to have a mate helping you.
Very nice job. I'm glad you're going to be able to help keep this place up. It looks amazing. I just love the front porch. I hope the owner gets out and enjoys the beautiful job you have done. Loved the video.
So glad you are making videos again. This 2-part series was a great one 😊 thank you for sharing and also for donating some proceeds to charity. Definitely one of, if not the, very best landscaper guys on YT!
OH BOY What a FABULOUS transformation Sean 😇 and helper 👍🏻💯 Nice wee bit of up hill and down dale mowing, but for me is when you revealed those stairs, and path👀 Loving the music with the 🪕 and the before and after music 🥰 Have a wonderful weekend Sean and family ❤
You never disappoint, sir! What a job, even some nidden gems to find. Fabulous result. Can see a beautiful afternoon tea on the lawn. Take care & happy Sunday
Great job you and your mate amazing work you do! That tree you didn't know what it was in that back corner is a Mulberry bush ( was I should say) 😂. Don't worry they usually grow back or you can propagate them just from a hard wood cutting.
What a difference you have made, Sean. You and your mate earned your places at the table. Water featured in the distance now visible. Bless you, menand your yardwork (sic) mowchines.❤🎉😊
Hi Sean, & Helper...😊 Part 2 the Backyard A Jungle of Overgrown Grass, Weeds, & Trees!! Sean...You did a Outstanding Job & Found Sidewalks, Steps, & Trimmed All the Trees By the Fence!!💯 Now No Critters Will Get the Homeowner in Their Yard & Easy to Mow Under the Trees!! Take Care & have a Safe Drive Home!!💖 Have a Lovely Evening Sean & Your Family!! ❤ Love Barb from Central Illinois USA❣ ( I will share your video on my Facebook page )
You outdid yourself on this part of the property! Who knew all of the features were even there! What a great job restoring the gardens and giving these folks back their views. Great to hear you’ll be keeping this property up moving forward. Also great that you make another commitment to donate to a great and worthwhile cause. You’re a Legend, Sean!
I always love when the song comes on at the end!! Your editing is on point which is why I love watching your videos!! Those stairs in the middle of the yard were so random. What was that beside them?
Interesting you managed a double-cut on a slope. Glad you will be handling some upkeep as time goes on. 6:22 we get glimpse of how much view and space is getting recovered. That was quite a bit of branches but you did a nice job of packing it. The back step area looked much better. 24:33, what a long view of the back yard now, and also we know it now extends down to a water area. 29:26, you two definitely earned the victory music. That is now a pleasant yard.
An immaculate job tearing down the refuse and clearing and cleaning up that site! Did you encounter any of the brown or black snakes you mentioned were venomous and dangerous? You and your helper are human angels to folk who's having a tough time of it for whatever reason! THANK YOU!! Watching you from a long ways away in the State of Minnesota U.S.A. 👌👍🤗😎
The 2 breeds of snakes mentioned are venomous. My cousin was walking up their back stairs one day and put his hand on brown snake on the rail. He flew up the stairs so fast but didn't get bit, thank goodness. I don't hear many stories of snake attacks in our suburbs atm.
@@jeanwoodhouse8899 I was told by a native Aussie that the brown snake is common. Where I am the garter or garden snake is harmless. Further down to the southern part of our State there are random reports of rattlers, which warn by their rattler. These have venom. We have states with much warmer climates year round that are host to a wide variety of snakes, spiders and lizards, some of them venomous.
If a man’s work is a reflection of his heart, your’s is up there with the greatest. Santa’s gonna have to work overtime to catch up. Amazing recovery of this property. Was uplifting to know that you’ll be maintaining it regularly. Keep being awesome, Sean.
Speaking of critters, are there any 4 legged ones with tails and snouts in all that marsh behind this property.nice finish, accomplished a lot.maybe in the future whole place could get a maintenance program set up to maintain it.great job, great video.just keep on doing your thing and be safe.your looking good by the way, hope everyone is working out for you.kudos.your the man Sean.😎😎😎👍👍👍
The Sargent Major returns for Part two of the BUSH clearing job !! YAY How are things down under today ?? It was 12c this morning in Montreal and FOGGY, when I went to the grocers, I actually wore a jacket !! There is a nice bunch of Agapanthus there off to the side. Looks like an outhouse in the garden !!! From an ugly BUSH mess, to a really pretty garden overlooking a nice little lake in the distance. It really was a "Secret Garden" the more you whipped, the more was revealed beneath. Well Done gentlemen.
Amazing!! It must be a huge relief for them to have their lawn under control again. I wish I lived in your area I would bring my pressure washer and take care of their steps and walkway, that stuff on the steps makes it so slippery and dangerous to walk on. God Bless you for all you do to help people in need.
@@michellescott619 I live in northern Utah as well. That windstorm we had in 2022 took all my trees. No more shade. No more ferns. But they still never looked like the one in that yard.

Couldn't tell how big their yard was until you finished. Wow!
As ever, satisfying and meticulous. From howling jungle to usable yard with a great mix of sunny and shaded areas. Well done and take care, Sean.

I love the walkway to the clothesline
Love how you opened up so many little secrets on that property, especially the stairs. That was an absolutely beautiful home and you brought it back..
Thank you !
