    This sweet is a lesson for life too:
    To get a good delicious sweet patience and following the procedure is very important.
    As such in life too you are soaked in failure, loss, teasing etc to get the final achievement of success were you shine like this sweet Petha.
    Thanks for your 2days effort for this Sweet. Today I learnt a new Sweet, till now I not even tasted it...

    I ate petha my entire life since i reside in agra yet I'm aren't bored. Since my childhood, every relative who used to visit us, took with them atleast a kilogram of petha and dalmoth. It is that famous.

    01:41 the process of adding lime to food is called slacking. This technique is used across the world in pickling, to improve texture and render firmness to food. It is also followed in Mexican cuisine to Nixtamalize kernels to form masa and give the characteristic texture to tortillas and burritos. The calcium in lime reinforces the pectin in the ash groud giving it a firm texture and helps preserve it along with the sugar syrup which also acts as a bacteriostatic agent.

      That was not antique fan
      It is ordinary cieling fan with 3 blades .The design is in use since 1960s , even now. Antique designs you can see in older ones
      Produced by BRITAIN and imported as CROMPTON OR GEC ETC.
