2:00 Retired Drum Major Steven Staite, Grenadier Guards leading The Band of the Grenadier Guards and The Old Guard found by The 1st Battalion Irish Guards
6:15 Does anyone know who the Drum Major (Sgt) is from the Welsh Guards at 6:15? I really enjoyed this compilation and appreciate the effort in doing it. Great stuff! Wishing you all the best from London, Ontario, Canada.

5:05 Retired Drum Major Steven Staite, Grenadier Guards leading The Band of the Grenadier Guards and The New Guard found by 7 Company Coldstream Guards
Say Semaj , I heard one of the Grenadier Guard songs almost exactly copied from Gilbert and Sullivan 's HMS Pinafore ! Who stole that classic riff from whom ? Love the Guards - they would have helped us out in Nam .

Well done as usual. Always smart and talented. Luv them. Parade was good, too bad those ignorant folk decided to break their ranks by crossing and so near - don't they know what happens when caught -yes they will be flat on their rear end and quite rightly so - no respect!
I’m British and proud of our boys who do this but I’ve always wondered if any of the band members have actually ever been to war and fought in it or if they haven’t like yes they are all soldiers but I’m only wondering if any of the band members have actually been to war or if they don’t have that chance that question has always been bugging me so if anyone know let me know??
Most are soldiers 1st and foremost, music is another choice they get to make or are chosen on talent, they also have a job within - eg, cook, medic, driver, mechanic, accounting. store keepers, laundry, etc. In other words all regiments are self sufficient within. They are also capable of borrowing a musician within all the Guards when needed.@@Nathan.150

GG class
You got that right , they are in a class all their own . Very impressive .
25:10 Centre Trombonist demonstrates off-beat marching...
yes, I noticed the same.
We have the same problem with a musician in our band: shift of +/- 1coma compared to the cadence.
Not that big a deal , he was playing an instrument at the time and playing well .
