    As the scale of the atrocity became clear, the neo-Nazi and white supremacist users of 8chan rejoiced.
    Investigative journalist Robert Evans from Belingcat explains how this dark corner of the web has allowed the far-right to flourish and why global counter-terrorism authorities should have picked up on it much sooner.
