I really dig how restrained your terrain is, it's so easy to go overboard with oil washes and grime and rust effects and chains and pools of blood and ichor and million other things but your terrain always looks really classy for lack of a better term.

It is a quote from a romantic poem called ozymandias by percy shelley. A perfect choice to combo with the torment aesthetic being about the fall of empires and mans hubris.

Fantastic build. I've loved seeing all the different takes on Idols of Torment come out since BMC has been working on the game.
The dry ice fog in place of water is such an absolute mood that just punchs the build up a level. The riverway with aqueduct was a great choice.

The dry-ice mist was a nice touch... if you're up for experimenting in the future between builds why not try filming at 60fps and slowing the footage down as this will trick the eye into seeing scale differently (lots of 'Hollywood' explosions, fire and smoke are handled this way as it makes miniatures seem full scale).
    Epic build.

If you don't really like the GW demon figures, and I am inclined to agree, then you might want to check out the Frostgrave miniatures range including Demons, Gnolls and Snakenen (the Ghost Archipelago range). The demons are humanoid armoured figures with horned heads ranging from small stubby horns to Tim Curry in the movie Legend! The Gnolls are your basic beastmen, wolf and rat like being the most obvious. The Snakemen speaks for itself, the better ones having the flattened cobra head look. They are usually 20 figures per box and at about £20.00 a set, not bad value if you are on a budget. They also do decent warriors, barbarians, wizards, knights and pirates for more generic fantasy settings.
