Hey Kaleb. Well Mattamy is a great builder so I expect greatness. Judging by the comments 🤔. A 4 bedroom townhome? Modern elevation. Would only be interested in a 1-story townhome. Have seen a few. Like that the stairs blocks the full view of the kitchen on entry. Open concept. Ok size pantry. 1st floor bedroom? Cool. Nice bath. Big enclosed lanai. Wow. Big loft and laundry 🧺. Good size primary. Nice en-suite. Huge shower and closet. No linen closet. Good size bedrooms and bathroom. Agreed. The last bedroom bigger. 2nd townhome single garage fine. One vehicle in and 1 in the driveway. Nice open concept. Agreed. Bigger single car garage. Covered enclosed lanai. Like the rear stairway location. Oh. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. A loft. Ok. En-suite on the small side but very nice. No linen closet. Big primary. Ok closet space. Hall bath nice. Laundry ok. Glass doors not needed. Good size bedrooms. Agreed. The 2nd bigger. If stairs wasn’t an issue, this could be a contender. Oh this eatery looks great with all the options 😋😋😋. We are the opposite. I like any cooked sushi. Hubby does not so no sharing. And no brisket for me; all his 😂. Glad you guys enjoyed. Oooh 🍦for dessert. The units are very nice, but the HOA is far too expensive! Why would you pay monthly for a new roof when you shouldn’t need one for 25-30 years? NO! And, you only get that nice water view from the models. The ones you can buy are sandwiched into the complex with a view of other units. The Spanish word for townhome is “ghetto”. You have been warned!
Hello Kaleb, happy Monday ❤. It's been a while, life! Anyway, thank God for his mercies. The Townhomes are beautiful. I don't like the carpets and washer and dryer upstairs. I am not a fan of HOAs nowadays because they're ruining people's lives by taking homes away. Builders need to atop using HOA. Great job as usual ❤
Commenting on the first one, the ground-floor bedroom suite would be good for older family members or for guests. Granite is rarely white, so I think the kitchen counters are quartz. I like the alternative living area upstairs, maybe a good place for the teens to hang out. Having the laundry near the majority of the bedrooms makes sense. As for the second one, I wouldn't want to have the main entry directly into the kitchen.
