If space allows.... flip the sofa around to where the new chairs are, you can put a nice console behind it with table lamps. Put the tv on the wall where the sofa is and the new chairs at the end.

Keep the table outside, you’ll always be glad for it when u need to rest something/comp. over & you’ll workout inside in the temp controlled space. The little balls on the couch is called lint.

That fabric condition on your sofa is called pilling. It happens to clothing as well, think sweaters, yoga pants etc. That fabric shaver would work on that stuff, too. It's neat to have. I find it's more effective to go slower, but it could just be the model I have.
the chairs look great it made the whole living room.but I am not soo sure about the coffee table being black ,maybe spray paint in gold it would match the tv consoul and the chairs .

Aysha before you sell your old coffee table can you try it with all the furniture in the living room. The new coffee table is beautiful however it feels a little big and quite heavy in the space, just a suggestion

Maybe you can get a little hand cart (IKEA sells them in blue) for all the stuff you need to carry up to your apartment.. I live alone and it comes in sooo handy! I use it for getting groceries from the car to my house, and other heavy stuff.. Don’t really know the term for it in English, but it’s like a trolley with only 2 wheels, with a collapsible part where you can put stuff on..
