We deffinetley need a 3D model for the mace when the player holds it.
This is hands down going to be my new main way of fighting. Breeze Farm for Wind Charges. Mace. TF2 Market Gardening anything that approaches me. This is so cool and fun looking

a few things:
-you should be able to place heavy core diagonally and also on walls
-breeze rods should be held the same as blaze rods

I think the conduit and the core are the same kind of block thats why it can't stick to walls.
Should be able to craft a wave hammer or smh with a breeze rod and conduit

One thing I haven't seen many people talk about is the capabilities of this being paired with an elytra, the damage you can gain with that is outstanding.

i think the elytra thing (which you can use the elytra and fly around and it will count as falling which makes killing a lt of targets easily) shoule be removed

So, i relax something, the new "Mace" Weapon, is from minecraft legends, I guess, because the piglins from minecraft legends, they use mace Weapons and other weapons. So yes, the mace is in minecraft now.

@@emoj1826 An enchantment that makes it deal more damage but doesn't stop your own fall damage would be decent (although the damage is high already)
that will make it more busted then it already is, it's fine the way it is, the only enchants i can think of is a different form of sweeping edge to make the aoe bigger or a new knockback to make the aoe actually make stuff fly up and take fall damage@@bldymna

I don't think many people have noticed but Mojang changed the eye pixels on the trial key from looking like oxidized copper to being unoxidized and I wish they would undo it.

Love it! I do crystal pvp, and for the mace to work you need to come down on your opponent. In cpvp, you need to pearl instead of falling because if you are above someone, they will crystal you. So I won't add this to my crystal hotbar, but maybe this could be the dawn of some kind of elytra pvp!
I didn't even think about the elytra. Especially with the ability now to switch to a chest plate mid-flight you could easily do some dive bomb strats

I already made a new combat technique, so because if you us slow falling and hit a enemy as you fall it counts as a critical hit so, wind charges + slow falling + mace = mass damage...

They're definitely going to debuff it. Either put a cap on it and/or make it scale slower. Also, I feel like the heavy core should be gravity affected for players who don't follow news. It can work like an anvil. I'm excited for this to officially come out

Here is an idea that can crash your computer. Entity Cram as many Armor Stands you can and hit them with the mace from 10000 blocks above them. (Use the /tick command to fall faster but make sure you return it back to normal before hitting them)
I’ve noticed something while playing with a friend. If you booth mine the same block, you can break it faster!
That damage scaling is confirmed to be a feature btw, someone tried submitting the infinite scalability as a bug report and Mojang labelled it "Invalid", meaning it's a feature not a bug!
Youd imagine the mace would have an enchantment such as Heavy fall that would be responsible for the passive that you do the more damage the more you fall , and another enchament for more damage in splash area to all the other mobs that otherwise just get knock back , and the only pasive to have with no enchantments would be that it negates ur fall damage if you land a hit idk otherwise its too op whe u get all the pasives at once with no enchantments required like for any other weapon in the game

Well that one in case youd want more different enchants like tridens , bows , crossbows , swords have , to me this mace :3 hammer feels like you already find it enchanted form with maxed enchants on it besides unbreaking and mending
@@MasterMMM703 I think... if they want to make it "unique" they need to make the hammer incompatible with mending, but I think that is they make that it will make everyone angry... I think no mending is a good price for such OP weapon.

I'm kinda disappointed that Mojang is adamant about the Mace being unenchantable. The Trident got some pretty unique enchantments so why can't the Mace?
Imagine if the only thing special about the Trident was that it could be used as a melee and ranged weapon... Almost no one would've used it as a ranged weapon for the fear of losing it. The enchantments only helped it. Loyalty recalling the Trident to you after throwing it. Impaling to kill aquatic mobs. Riptide shooting you forward while in water (or rain.). And Channeling to strike down enemies with lightning during a storm. All of these enchantments added a sense of magic (Excluding Impaling. Its just another Smite/Bane of Arth)
Now with the Identity of the Mace being this "heavy weapon", maybe if it got unique enchantments they would lean towards that "Heavy" fantasy a bit more. Some existing enchantments do work with this fantasy. Mojang also stated they don't want this to be an upgrade but rather its own thing, so I don't think it should get a traditional "+Damage" enchantment like Sharpness. But, rather it should get enchantments that play with its fantasy. So hear me out.
Existing Enchantments:
-Mending - Come on Mojang... I don't want to carry an anvil and a supply of Breeze rods in my inventory. You brought up inventory management regarding Vault loot in the same snapshot.
-Unbreaking (1-3) - Basically the same reason for Mending
-Knockback (1-2) - Normal attacks AND the slam Aoe get more knockback.
New Enchantments:
-Impact (1-5) - 20/25/30/35/40% of the main targets damage to all mobs affected by the slam Aoe.
(This means with Impact 5, slams that would be enough to be 2.5x overkill on the main target will effectively also kill the same type and weaker nearby mobs. More risk? More reward!)
-Shattering (1-3) - Deal 30/40/50% of Armor/Shield durability on the main target on successful slams.
(This should break most damaged armor that hostile mobs spawn with in 1 slam if you don't kill them. Maybe it could be way less effective for PvP like 10/15/20% on players.)
I feel Impact and Shattering should be unique enchantments but I could also see both existing on the same Mace since there would be no real functional overlap like Channeling and Riptide.

Gotcha, TL;DR:
The enchantments I proposed the Mace should get do not add more unnecessary damage, cause yeah it hits pretty dang hard, but rather play on the fantasy of slamming a heavy weapon into a group of enemies.
Mending
Unbreaking
Knockback (Affects the slam knockback.)
-New- Impact (Slam now does a portion of the main strike's damage to all other mobs)
-New- Shattering (Slams will also do heavy armor durability damage to the main target, if they live.)
Strength potion + Mace= most powerful weapon
I actually really like the idea of the trial chambers.
I feel like iron golems would be fun to fight with the mace because of how it launches you.

At what point do nearby entities actually start flying back? And what happens if you land on a boat or in water and then, while still in the boat or water, hit a mob? What if you hit other, non "living" entities, like boats, armorstands, or item frames? I have so many questions.
