  • This is a great way to reposition your toes, ground down through the big toe and get the arches of your feet lifting. Flat feet? This is what you need!
    Go slowly and really try not to let those toes claw up. They are flat.
    Hold the final position for 10 seconds and repeat a few times. You may get a cramp if you are super weak in your feet ... great!
