Just a quick psa If your dryer takes more then one cycle to dry everything consistently then that likely means you need to clean the lint out of it. Check the exhaust and get a dryer brush to try and get whatever gets past your lint trap.

I find that a good portion of the ptsd flashback comfort videos I watch has the voice actor overreacting and overreacting is one of the worst things you could do if someone is having a flashback but I find that your audios are very soothing because you are calm throughout them.
