I have both of these skins but I prefer Kof more because of smothness.Libra shiryu is the best in skill effects but I think this skin is a little bit heavy to play (like dragon boy lucky box skin).
@@deva9988 Yup because hero skin is actually just a chou with new outfit and thunder effects.Nothing special and even skill icons are same with default.But for kof, that's not chou, that's iori yagami and yeah everything is different!Most underrated and unique skin ever.
Obviously, the effect gives a luxurious feel. The KOF effects are appropriate for the game, and the main attraction of KOF is its sound. But if compared objectively the effects of Libra shiryu outclassed Iori Yagami

There's also things we have to take account on both these skins is that they're supposed to bring different gameplay feels for chou, its not just the flashiness. If we're talking about flashiness then Revamped Iori has beaten Libra Shiryu in 2 things already. The basic attack and s2. Libra shiryu despite being a flashy skin has a really basic s2, its so bad that its worse than dragon shiryu because its just gold shiny dash with small amount of particle effects. But the basic attacks are smooth af, its so smooth that i wondered why the libra shiryu basic attacks are so much better compared to dragon shiryu but compared to the new Iori, Iori's basic attacks are so much more flashier because it has a lot of details compared to libra shiryu. Crazy thing about Iori s2 is that it has afterimages, one thing a chou skin couldve had and they finally added one. The afterimages be itself aren't flashy, but with the dust effects they are clean and flashy together. But the s1 phase 3 kinda bad though ngl. In the end aesthetic is in the eyes of the receiver, don't hate a skin because people glaze it so much hate it because you don't like it's theme or franchise it comes from. I for one hate Libra because of the thing i mentioned above, its flashy in many things but lackluster at the same time which end up not mixing well with the flashiness.
As someone who have both of the skins... Iori deliver smoothness IMO (idk after revamp it will be heavy or not) while Libra Shiryu indeed have god like effect but sometimes it feels heavy (even I, mostly use his Dragon Shiryu due to smoothness)
People favourite skins are always kof but they forgot that they liked it because of the animation and sound like how the skins make the hero feels like a different one Nowadays they just thinks more flashy effects are better
lori yagami feels smooth and clean to play, both have good effects, but ill always choose yagami over any chou skin, idk bur it feels different playing with it.

All Chou's Skin with Dragon effect are heavy. (STUN, Luckybox and Saint Saiya)
His Muay Thai is too smooth too even its Elite.

We all have different taste so I'm guessing that's your opinion/taste, and I like Iori better since I'm a die hard fan of the King of Fighters game
