A tufa cast in progress!

I love your youtube videos on Tufa casting. I don't have oxygen torch, i only have MAAP torch. How can i carbonize the tufa mold without the oxygen torch ? Thank you

Perhaps a match or even a lighter. You may need to play with the distance of the flame from the stone. Any fuel source that burns dirty should work.

I know, right? A ballerina has the most beat up feet, a jeweler has the messiest workbench😂😂😂😂. Plumbers have leaks in their garden hoses😮😅😅😅etc. Andrew Barry !!! 🤢 the BEST jewelry teacher in two nations, his bench makes me sick to look at. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Go figure, huh? I guess their genius has better things to keep track of 😅😅😅. Making durable, quality jewelry is not the average. That's the exceptional. And its very hard to master. Who cares what the bench looks like. ❤❤❤

It's just the air/acetylene torch with a size 5 tip.
