- The Las Vegas Raiders have been making a ton of really smart moves this offseason. The latest move for the Raiders follows that trend as well for the QB position. The Raiders are setting themselves up very nicely for the future with this move. Fans of the Las Vegas Raiders should be excited by this news.

Lifetime Raiders fan here, people underestimate this defensive line and this defense. I wouldn't be surprised if they break the League record in team sacks this year. Secondly, AOC with a full off-season and training camp with 1st team reps is going to lead this team to the playoffs. AOC was 2nd in rookie QBs stats only to Stroud and only got 1st team reps after AP was promoted to H.C.

@@billfilice6408I get excited because he showed good things think of him like Brady he didn’t turn the ball over and he didn’t make a lot of mistakes he can stretch the field so good with his deep ball tho he’s scary accurate I was mad last year when they didn’t let him sling it. I’m excited because as long as AOC continues to hit the open man we are like the niners and have playmakers all over the offense with a great defense

Raider fan since Dec. 1965 when QB Tom Flores led the Raiders to a butt-kicking of the Namath led Jets. AOC12 is an excellent QB, and will make huge improvements this season. He's already packed on 15 lbs of muscle, didnt leave Vegas the entire off-season, and will only build on his talent that he displayed last season. Remember that he had no off-season reps with the starters last year, and he still outperformed all rookies except Stroud. This guy was a walk-on at Purdue and went on to erase Drew Brees from the Boilermakers' record book. Expect him to do the same with the Raiders.

I'm 56 and have been a Raiders fan since we kicked the crap out Philly in the Super Bowl. Nobody thought much of our QB back then! Mr. Plunkett took us to 2 Super Bowls. I hope AOC can first get us to the playoffs and then to the moon baby😅

AOC is the guy . He reminds me a lot of Rich Gannon , very calm and collected as he leads his men into battle. I have been in combat and those are the kind of leaders you are willing to die for.

AOC has alot of potential and showed a bit of it last season. This time he'll get the chance to actually be the full starter and show everyone what he can really do.
I for one am excited to that our new coach and GM. I want to see them bring back the Raidérs to contenders in the AFC West. I hope Mark Davis well give them time to do that for us. And I respect the choices they make, they have earned that right Go Raiders!
That Raiders defense looks scary especially the interior line if Aidan was a first rd pick everybody would be more patient mark my words aidan will have a great probowl type season 30+td's

People are sleeping on Aiden. He is better than any one of the rookies this year, just watch. I have been saying it since before the draft. He is going to win the division. Bet on it!
Aiden can play. No doubt. But does he have the longevity? Last year he seemed to Peter out in the second half. Maybe he has mined some endurance, strength, conditioning, whatever. That said, Aiden should get the first start. At least....

The game im most excited for is week 1 vs NO Saints and Derek Carr .. Carr is my favorite player and its gonna be hard to see him play us for the first time since being a life time Raider. It will say a lot about whoever plays QB for us that game to start the season.
It's a shame that we never came close to fielding a defense like this when Carr was here. It's like we just thought 30+ plus points to win was the natural order of things.
You guys Carr is not IT I watched a lot of saint ball last year. He struggles in the redzone
I am disappointed in our choice at QB. When we couldn't draft Pennix, we should have called the Lions and the Cardinals and ask them what are they doing with their signal callers. With this team, we're not beating KC, Buffalo, Cincinnati or Miami. We're no where near that.

First round qbs always flop. Only 1 per year actually pan out. Some of the best QBs were drafted in later rounds. I think he has good size. He’s smart he has a strong arm. Now he has a solid D. An Oline and plenty of weapons. If Brock Perry can do it. AOC Is better than him.

@@davevanwaveren6092 AOC was put in a bad situation getting 3rd string snaps and coming in after McDaniels botched it up. 8 tds and 0 ints in the final 4 games is good I think brown will make the team ..I'm just saying he might start on the practice squad in the beginning. Brown has 0 tds and 2 ints so it's not enough to say he's better than AOC. He's more mobile but AOC is a better passer with a good touch on long passes
