my only problem is that I have to build a rectangular picnic basket and I do not know how to adapt this tutorial.
Can you suggest me a way?

Best place for tutorial !
Thank you very much!
Thank you so much for the tutorial! can you please make tutorial on how to make the bottom of the basket with straw too ? instead of just letting it circular ?
Which Cinema Version do you have? Now with R20 this whole thing would be much easier to create with the Volume Builder.
@@nikomedia hello, thank you so much for your reply, I have the r20 but I am a beginner : /
If you can help us it would be great ❤
Nikolaus you are awesome. please upload more video....
Thank you very much! I will do my best in the future to continue with tutorials ;)
Thank you very much!
Thanks 👍
You are welcome!
very nice thank you
You are welcome!
thank you,
I have a question! I watched long time ago a tuto how to modelling a pen ( in modelling steps, he setup the value head, body...etc... ) when the pen was ready, he had the possibility to change the size or length etc... from the value. what is the technique ?
i would like to use it in interior forniture Tables, chair. ...
I am not sure if I know what you mean, but normally you use Xpresso with User Data for things like this. So you could scale the parts of you pen over the User Data.
Nikolaus Schatz Nikolaus Schatz not xpresso !!!, was easier. I dont remember well how he made it, anyway thank you very much Nikolaus. Thank you for your video 👍
thanks lots...
You are welcome!
should have explained what you did with the Optimize making the braces for those of us who haven't watched your other tuts
I do not know what part you mean. Normally I explain every little thing, but after explaining the same thing more then 100 times, it can be, that I forgot it once, sorry.
I'll try to figure it out but thanks for the reply and BTW your tutorials are great - I keep coming back for more.
minuto 11:52 ----> was sufficient to set in SWEEP: ROTATION at 3600° (10 times 360°) ;)
Thanks :)
how can i do this with a rectangle? for a picnic basket
You just have to start with a spline with a rectangle shape and uniform subdivisions. Then select every other point and move them a little to the outside and set the spline type to B-Spline.

Thank you so much.
