FAQ's:
Q: I cant switch between Legacy/CSM and UEFI or switching didn't help.
A: If you cannot find how to switch the setting in BIOS or if switching did not help, then reinstall the Operating System (OS) as seen here;
How To Install Windows 10: • How To Install Windows...
How To Install Windows 11: • How To Install Upgrade...
If the install is successful, we know the issue was OS related and is now fixed. If the install will not complete, perhaps its due to the HDD being bad. I would then replace it and install the OS to the new one.
Q: What if Windows does not install and keeps erroring out?
A: If Windows won't install correctly, then we know that the Hard Drive is bad. Replace it as seen here; • How To Replace Asus Co... . Then, install Windows onto the new one.
Q: Will changing those settings in BIOS erase any data?
A: Changing those settings in BIOS will not delete any data from your hard drive :)

I was having problems with the black cursor screen and after going from uefi to legacy now i have another problem, i cant even access my pc at all, in stuck at:
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent
No Boot Device Found. Press any key to reboot the machine
What do i do now

What is the issue with your Asus? What can you see on the screen when trying to start the computer? Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?
Hi PC Monkey, my asus AIO can boot up in safe mode, otherwise it stucks in black screen afterwindows logo with a blinking mouse in the left bottom corner of the screen. Also I cannot change my time settings in BIOS, tapping on it has no effect...

@@PC_Monkey yes. I removed my HDD from the AIO to use in another pc because the AIO screen was cracked. Now Ive connected the HDD to the AIO again using hdmi to a different monitor . I tried recovery option and it brought me to black screen and flickering arrow. I CAN BOOTUP IN SAFE MODE THOUGH.
So I feel:
1. Hdmi/monitor connections are ok
2. MB is ok
3. HDD connections are ok except - boot?

Hi, i have a problem with my Dell inspiron 15 3567. Today, i tried to restart it, but had to shut it down, and since then whenever i try to start it up, for a second it shows me the dell icon, and then it goes in a loop of shutting down and opening. Ive tried any method i could think off, but now it won't even open. Can you help?

Can u pls help me my lenovo laptop has a black screen but the lights are blinking I tried take out my battery it didn't work
1. Are the lights the only signs of life when you turn it on? No motherboard or hard drive sounds? No fan noise? Nothing on the screen?

SOMEONE PLS HELP! I don't have on the boot option 12:15 CSM or UEFI. The only thing I see is Launch PXE OpROM policy...Somebody pls help i swear to God i can't with this computer anymore

Hello, if you know the answer to my problem, can you please answer?
In general, on a fairly powerful laptop Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 I decided to overclock the CPU and RAM in the BIOS, changed only two parameters, set the CPU to override somewhere and set the RAM to 3200 MHz, although it usually works at 2666 MHz, perhaps I also closed the BIOS incorrectly , not sure.
After this, the laptop starts up, the keyboard lights up for a while, about 45 seconds, and the computer turns off, and the screen does not respond at all. So in a circle, after turning off it turns on again. There is a typical power on/off sound when you remove the power cord. I tried resetting the Bios, disassembling the laptop, taking out the RAM for a while and disconnecting the battery and CMOS battery, it didn’t help(

@@PC_Monkey I think that I should to reset CMOS, because my problem happened after I changed some settings in BIOS, but it's doesn't work in my case.
I tried three times to pull out my Battery and CMOS battery together with the HDD and RAM/ROM. Waited more than half hour and it's still not working.
My keyboard works if I turn on the Laptop. I hear the sound of power off/on and cooler works (but not to long) and than Laptop turns off after a minute and automatically launches after a +-10 seconds

@@notherinthisworld9683 1. I cant tell you what will happen unfortunately. Its worth trying to see if that helps but most likely, it is not the cause of the computer not turning on.
2. If, after trying all these steps multiple times, you have not been able to find the issue, your most likely looking at a faulty component preventing the motherboard from working or a motherboard issue. I would start troubleshooting each component, starting with the charger and power jack. You can also try replacing other components like your Power Button to see if that is the route cause. If none of those are the issue, you would then be left with a motherboard replacement.
