Jimmy gave 100k to a 3rd party charity in the region (not Beast Philantropy) except he owned that side corp as well.. the surgeons did not even know he was going to be there that day. He walks in doing his intro about paying for everything, and theyre just like.. huh? Really? So they did something to the effect of 62 operations for free.. Instead of getting paid for each surgery which was something to the tune of like $1500-2000 each, they later discover he'd given their money promised too them to cover the costs away, and the 3rd party non profit refused to cover the costs, then decided to ghost them entirely after stating they would only provide bandages.. All signs point towards Jimmy owning that company.. and that it was a tax evasion operation.. The doctors themselves made a quirky video about it exposing Jimmy in 8k. Jimmy's official response was that he investigated himself and found no wrong doing.. never apologized and just decided he's so much more famous that if he never addresses it, in video form that it can't grow traction and he just used his viral clout to bury it. Meanwhile there is a health clinic somewhere that nearly went bankrupt over his bullshit. ...allegedly, since Jimmy likes to sue people more than Nintendo.. maybe.**It also took like 6 months to get Jimmy to even respond to them by mail about all of it.. and yeah like I said, since he's only official form of communication in the matter was via mail, not video.. the issue didn't have enough to keep it in the spotlight and go viral. Hard to make a great video without a video of the man himself talking about it.
