I have a friend from Myanmar, she's also from Mandalay.. She pretty much shares me pictures of what it looks like there . Til the coup happened. Now she also tells me what happens when there are bombings and when the lights are off most of the day especially at night.. My prayers for the country of Myanmar. I am also hoping that things will get better there as I also plan to visit the country some time , when it is safe to travel probably.. Stay strong my guy.. For those who knew that Myanmar will be a great place to travel very soon, we are hoping the situations would be better and praying for the safety of all..
I am lucky to have travelled in Myanmar. I loved it, amazing sights, beautiful friendly people. Really sad you are all suffering. I hoped things would get better, but sadly it's not. Keep strong and united. Wishing you peace and freedom for the future ❤
I'm from northeast India.i love Myanmar player in pubg i miss them.but i know the reason why they are not online anymore 💔to let you know i pray every day about your country to be safe 🙏 and peace.when the war is end i come visit your place my friend.
I live in Mexico...the good thing here is that if the police stop you during the day and people are around, they start yelling at the police to leave you alone....
I'm sorry to hear this, It has been a dream of mine to visit Myanmar for quite some time. I'm planning to come around 2027 so hopefully by then, everything will have settled.
back in 2017-2018, i remember travelling in southeast asia, living in the hostels, chinchatting with backpackers, so many of them spoke highly of visiting myanmar, claiming it to be the purest country, with the finest beaches and most authentic Buddhism, that's how i got the impression of myanmar, thinking it could be my next destination. then covid hit and i paused my plan. never expected that after a few years, myanmar could turn to be in such a dangerous place to travel ... with so much news about human trafficking and civil wars and riots... so sad... you are very brave to post this video, bro, wish you luck :)
myanmaar has more monuments and coast line and mountains, but it is about the governance that thailand is earning billions with little beauty they have. Indians would drive there car to your country , you could have earned a lot from indian tourists but the governance
Thank you for this update 😢 I am an expat teacher in Cambodia and have been offered a job in Yangon. After watching this I am keeping this in mind. Stay safe, and sorry you went through this. Come to Cambodia 🥰
Thank you for sharing this information. It is so sad. Looks like the country has beaches as good or better than the ones in Bali or Thailand. But because of the condition, tourism is affected. I myself wanted to have a trip to Myanmar, but now I think I will not do so.
Thank you for sharing, I have someone who wants to get me in Myanmar in a few months as a vice president of a company and help with teaching and outreach support. If you have time I would love some more information.
@@ZABUROAM the thing is that Myanmar is an absolutely fascinating place that I would like to visit sometime in my lifetime, but these days Myanmar is unsafe to visit. It’s a heartbreaking how the people of Myanmar are suffering
I was very said to watch this video. I feel for the people of Myanmar that criminals can act line this in public. I understand they could also do the same with foreigners.
There are hundreds of foreigners here. And lots of white ones in the many many international schools here. Most of us don't worry and our security companies keep us up to date. Most of us are extremely experienced having worked in the more 'interesting' countries around the world for years, not the frest of the plane from USA types live and work here. In my case I was in Mainland China 7 years. Others in my workplace from Egypt, Cambodia, Russia for nearly a decade so we've been around.
According to you....this happened in Mandalay....Yangon doesn't feel so bad as yet Singapore police are not very much better either....they are not corrupt in the official sense....but can do things almost as bad as you have described....
The war is getting worse and now it is spreading to urban area. I think you need to migrate for the time being. The economy is getting worse too, I am really sorry for the bad experience you are facing. I hope everyone will be ok and survive.
@@helloraj1739 Well, my friend, it is a lot of robbers and thieves legally running the country for more than 60 years. They did used arms to take control over the people. One boss goes another step in with the same attitude, which is the power comes from bullets. They used all sorts of tactics to rip off people, no matter who you are. Now, all ethics groups and educated people are getting to gather to fight back the racists robbers and thieves. I hope you can understand me. I am an ex citizen of Burma, live there for 29 years. However, if you are interested in joining the revolution groups or robbers group, that's all up to you to travel. 😊😊😊
Sorry to hear your bad experience in Mandalay. But you should have known Mandalay is not really a safe town, giving the current state in Myanmar. I hope your video does not discourage or scare people outside Myanmar who are planning to visit Myanmar . soon.
Sounds liike you would be happier out of here. There are hundreds of us foreigners here. At my work none of us have had issues and I continue to love living and filming here. Take care bro. Seems like here is not for you.
Not really, I would prefer to stay here in Myanmar , but what I experience in Mandalay was just crazy, and I believe it’s coming to yangon too so please be careful 😊 stay safe 😊
You appeared living and working legally there, right? If so, why didn’t you report this serious issue to police via your embassy? You shouldn’t have tolerated against such treatment.
you didn't really catch on what he was trying to say right?? smh.. how can you report those issues when the one doing it is the one you are going to report to,, it just doesn't make sense to be honest 😂😂 you can't really be direct on what you are saying when your country is in that kind of situation tbh
I see. Just then try to live with it in this militarised police state where people are daily subjected to inhumane treatment by damn brazenly corrupt authorities.
Will See how, sry I'm a bit stubborn :D I think this vlog should still be public. Some people still think it's safe to live here in Myanmar :/ YES, you maybe safe but there's a fine margins and really depends on your living class, I'm seeing day to day problems in the neighbourhood which I haven't seen in the past 10 months that I'm here.
