I use a good running shoes for running, gym and travelling (where lots of walking needed). It works really well, good enough to support me in the gym doing all sorts of movement
Not exactly. They do vary in the type of support they provide. Training shoe will be flat, less bouncy. Running shoe will be curvy and softer and it will wear and tear more. Significant difference. You can't lift heavy weights in running shoe as you will loose balance and won't be able to stabilize your knees.
No, Bro. I think the design of the shoes will be comfort to your feet if you use suitable shoes. Maybe you have to just using your naked feet when do sports is okay.
I’d rather have one shoe for both, I don’t want to have to carry another pair around just for treadmill warmups / cooldowns. Or have extra shoes to take while travelling. Just difficult to find a hybrid pair.
I can't imagine any one doing heavy weight squats or deadlift in that "training shoe", as it create instability with those zoom air units in the forefoot. They should used Nike Metcon as example.
wondered if i use running shoes as my daily sneakers would be fine. I've been using running shoes for my work in an IT environment. Since i would dart across offices to check rooms or servers in a large office. Using a normal sneaker would be bad since i sometimes runs due to the distance between the rooms are long. It's an actual warehouse recreated in an open office concept.. Hence the travel distance was absolutely huge...
I think it’s okay to Use every shoe every wear but if you care about your performance while running you have to be careful about the miles your shoe can take if you use ur miles for daily activities your shoe can lose performance and it’s easier for you to get injured while running or just fatigued

what would be recommended for hiit? the super rep 2 in this video doesnt seem stable enough when compared to the super rep go 2 or the metcon.. hiit workouts requirer reactive foam but the nike react is too sturdy.. any ideas?
You are correct the Super Rep Go 2 is a very good go-to for hiit workouts but you also can't go wrong with the Nike Free Metcon 3. It also comes down to individual fit and preference on what works best for each person. If you need help finding inventory please let us know!
Great question! We recommend Free Run Road Running Shoes (Style: CZ1884-001) if you prefer a pair that allows your feet to flex and feel while you move. With a breathable knit upper, it combines a secure design with pliability that will help keep you close to the ground for that barefoot feeling.

No, I made the mistake of buying training shoes and in the long term, I destroy my back when walking as, it has a different function. And the truth is that training shoes are good for what they were designed for, but not for walking. I also thought the same as you, I am the average man, I will buy these, but I was wrong when I bought those sneakers thinking that they would be the same.
0:42 they messed up, she’s doing lateral movements in the running shoe and they labeled it as the training shoe
The “training shoe” looks like it would be horrendous for lateral stability or any stability for that matter.
FINALLY STRAIGHT TO THE POINT !!!!🔥🔥🔥❤❤❤

Running shoe. Training shoe. Morning shoe. More shoe more money.
