If you are providing Cloud Run with Anthos, why not provide GKE Dashboard within on-prem to manage GKE? Or does GKE-on-prem come with a GKE Dashboard?

in the 13:56 min, I noticed on-premise k8s object was registered in GKE centralized dashboard. I don't know if only show k8s object's status or It's possible to create k8s objects etc.
