Love this sneaker, but I do prefer the mesh over the neoprene. All those gradient colorways are dope tho. And this packaging omg!

I bought a pair of 720s but had to return them because of comfort/fit issues. The heel bubble is so huge it made me walk differently than I normally would. They are comfortable for standing in place, but actually walking around hurt my knees. Not to mention there is practically no cushioning up by your toes, I ultimately found the 270s a lot easier to wear and overall more comfortable.
Did you own the Air Max 97? Im wondering if i should get the 97 or the 270
iAMGabGab I’ve never owned a pair of 97s, can’t really say. I’d go for the 97s if you like how they look but in terms of comfort they’re not supposed to be anything special. At the very least they wouldn’t change your stride/walking pattern like the 720s did mine.

I don’t really recommend the 97’ena they are stuff and heavy but the 270’es wear out super quick like they get holes and stuff super quick, i really recommend the vapormax series or just the 720 as they are super comfy and durable, but you should try them on because it’s not true to size on everyone
I just picked these up at my local outlet for $80 USD. I thought these were the right price to pick these up. I’ve never tried 270 air max before and was slightly disappointed at the feel and comfort of the air bubble. After wearing Ultraboosts, nothing really compares in comfort IMO. All in all, good looking shoe for a reasonable price.

Ok... as someone who grew up in the 90s... yo-yos, pins and buttons weren't really popular. That was more of an 80s thing. 90s were more about pogs, snap bands, and fanny packs. But I still dig it.
I bought my first 720 recently. The iridescent greenish one that recently released. It's shipped from Nike.ca so it's going to take a little while to get to me. I hope they feel good and I don't have issues like others. The way people describe it, it's like Nike is trying to get guys to feel what it's like to wear high heels.
The neoprene upper looks a little cheap compared to the mesh. Not sure why Nike used two uppers
Nike might be on to something. While it may look cheap neoprene is waterproof and helps with insulation. Knowing Nike they ain’t incorporate none of that shit, but I love the shoe and they’re extremely comfortable
The mesh 720s look ugly to me. I prefer the neoprene. I have the 720 sunrise and the blue and jade. And to me they don't look cheep
