I am so proud to be an Edmundian. Our 3 generations studied in this great temple of education. My father myself & my son. We are so proud to belong to this great institution which has shaped our life & destiny.
A big thanks to The Shillong Times for making this documentary. Brings back many happy memories and beyond. The video says St.Edmund's School is located in Dhankheti at 0.40 time. This is probably not correct as Dhankheti is in the Southern side of the Old Jawai Road from Dhankheti Point till the Fishery farm and towards Risa Colony etc. But St.Edmund's School is located on the Northern side of the Jawai Road, bordering Dhankheti area but not located in Dhankheti.
Victor Banerjee graduated in 1961. So did my late elder brother . I completed in 1965. The Shakespearana group visited St Edmunds in 1960 I think. This was the Kendall family and Shashi Kapoor. I can still remember their enactment of some segments from various plays. "Out damned spot" still ringing in the ears

My mother taught here at St. Edmund's School in the 1980s. It's so good to know that it has completed a century in its enriching journey. ♥😊
