Honestly, it doesnt matter if you missed. You only need ygg to revive people, and it doesnt even increase dps. For dahila you can just loot jungle lady bug.

counting that there were more than 30 ppl there and it's low hp of 115m, you can tell that the max number of people that could have gotten drops got drops. this just means that no, it was not greeded, greeding is when the max number of players do not get drops. just because manfred dealt way more dmg than others does not mean he greeded it

you can spawn further down a zone if you get far enough, I found out today when I was farming jungle to get m bur, instead I crafted a m bulb (like bruhhhhh). But yeah, although I am noob, I realised I spawned further down the zone the more I progressed through it
