So some background story. Bts is from bighit. Back then it was poor poor. Before bts, they had one other solo artist lee hyun who i think was in the military when bts debuted. When bts became successful, the company grew and bighit entertainment became the parent company hybe and the label bts and lee hyun and eventually txt are under became bighit music. Then hybe acquire other music labels like hoshi from the last episode’s label pledis. So lee hyun, bts, and txt are the only artists under bighit. Txt is bts’s only junior group. Which is why they are quite close and can talk about the things theyre talking about in this episode. Txt debuted when the company was quite big but they were there since the company was small which is why they are the only ones that can truly understand and saw first hand what bts went thru in the beginning i think. Since bts had no one when they debuted, and seniors from other companies treated them like shit because of the fact that they came from a small company, they are more determined to be the people that they wish they had for txt. (Correct me if im wrong anywhere tho moa)

But as you saw then all BTS members thought he looked so good and he was really celebrated for wearing it so not much of a punishment. It's something worn from time to time anyways. ok as an army and a moa I MUST tell you about txt: they are the only other group from bighit music. before hybe, it was just bighit entertainment, and it was just BTS and TXT (once they debuted in 2019). I've been a fan of bts since 2018 and a fan of txt since they debuted in 2019. they honestly are the only group or artist that comes close to bts in my opinion. like bts, they have incredible music videos, great choreography, super funny members, great personalities, they write their own music, they love their fans a TON, and most importantly, have never released a song that wasn't a banger. i love 100% of their music just like bts. i would HIGHLY recommend checking out their music cuz its honestly just really great! bts has a groupchat with txt and are very close. they really are like older brothers to them, mentoring them and giving them advice often. txt is often compared to bts by the media, but they have some important differences. BTS started as a hip-hop group with no one to guide them. TXT is firmly a kpop group with bts to guide them. BTS isn't kpop at all, but i would say txt is definitely kpop, but good kpop haha. i don't really like kpop but txt is genuinely really great (like newjeans is also kpop but good kpop). txt also have a show like run bts called To-Do, its just as funny as run honestly. check them out if you get a chance! many armys, even if they aren't moas, will still keep an eye on txt's music cuz its of the same quality as bts. also, RM wrote lyrics for their song Lovesong OX1 (i know i love you).
Saying they have the same music quality is a bit of a stretch considering bts are more heavily involved in the song writing and producing process but yes I do agree they have good songs. Personally I liked their freeze album, it was very solid and was like a breathe of fresh air amongst 4th gen.

TXT legit has a no-skip discography - it’s amazing. I have been following them almost from the start and saw them at Lollapalooza last year. They are fantastic. And I just love this episode because Yoongi is just such a doting and adoring Hyung (big brother in Korean) for his kids that it wakes the heart.

You should watch a recent reality show that V is in called Jinny's Kitchen, he and some other famous Korean actors (from Parasite, Train to Busan, etc) went to Mexico to open a Korean street food restaurant. You can see them cooking Korean fried chicken and other dishes for customers. They got recognized by a few customers
It's an incredibly wholesome show. I was expecting hijinks or big mistakes, but for the most part it's a bunch of extremely famous Koreans working very hard to make and serve food. It's so good-natured.

Korean fried chicken is famous and a popular street food. You should watch a recent reality show that V is in called Jinny's Kitchen, he and some other famous Korean actors (from Parasite, Train to Busan, etc) went to Mexico to open a Korean street food restaurant. You can see them cooking Korean fried chicken and other dishes for customers. They got recognized by a few customers
It's an incredibly wholesome show. I was expecting hijinks or big mistakes, but for the most part it's a bunch of extremely famous Koreans working very hard to make and serve food. It's so good-natured.
@@evantesseract737 yeah I'm glad that the show focuses more on promoting Korean culture through food and interaction, and didn't dramatize it unnecessarily. I think it's already interesting enough to see these big name celebs cook all that yummy food and interact with customers, also seeing the customers' reactions to the food. It's quite calming to watch.
