Lovely Garden Bed Summer Harvest!(Store-bought)(2/3) - 77 Days

2nd warm season potato harvest! 😃🥔 11.4kg from 9 store-bought potato plants, grown for around 77 days! ☀️
These died a little early, the intense heat wave reaching 40°c followed by a few days of heavy rain and they were completely finished(expect for 1 plant) 😂 But i'm very satisfied with this harvest! 😃 These were a little healthier than the ones i planted in the pot for this experiment: • Keep Old GREEN Potatoe... so they were able to handle & supress the disease/virus that was already contained within the same variety store-bought potatoes! 💪
The last potatoes for this summer set are still growing strong against the heat! They should be around 50-60 days old, they're a big plant & i've seen some tubers trying to pop out of the mulch so i'm looking forward to harvesting those! 😃

What's your method for curing your spuds?

I don't really cure my potatoes 🙈 At best I just make sure they're dry before I put them away and that's usually a few hrs after pulling them up, these ones I put straight into a bucket with a loose lid, my harvest from 2-3 weeks ago I just put straight into the wheelbarrow with a dark cover

What I used to do years ago tho, had them layed out and spaced apart in the garage table for about a week or 2 before I stored them in paper bags
