We are getting sprayed constantly here in western Canada. The lines in the sky spread out and make sunny days unnaturally cloudy. And the sickly RING around the sun.
bitter gourd or bitter melon is great if u soak it in salted water to get rid of some bitterness. Stir-fry with ginger, garlic and chinese black beans, great with rice. Nectarines are very yum and sweet these days. You can also which I did get lucky and get the yellow sticker punnet of nectarines for 15p at local supermarket. Very yum on its own or in fruit salad and very pretty

We simply don't understand how it will work but we're getting to the point that a lack of current action may require future incorporation to our climate strategies
What they sell us like the solution is actually what is causing the climate change. They are doing this for too much years. Now people are noticing it so they say it is to combat the climate change. They lie us all the time!

Miles I know this maybe hard to hear but Whole Earth have released a squeezable peanut butter and it's 100% peanuts. I wouldn't go crazy for it but love he application of the simplicity of peanut butter drizzling out the bottle. Add it your long list of to do lol not seen a review in a while :D

Miles what is the best tahini or raw nut butter because I have organic sesame tahini made by kevala and I have crunchy raw almond butter by maranatha and they are both nasty and the almond butter don’t have a flavor..
Do you ever get worried about all the sugar from the fruit or super high fat contents? Maybe you can do a video what you suggest for people trying to lose weight and how much fruit and fat they should consume that is good for fat loss.
Don't keep your bread in a plastic bag in the summer - us a cloth (cotton/linen) bag so that it has the chance to "breathe". A dry bread is better than a moldy one and hotter months mean the best conditions for fungi and bacteria!
