    Im 6'3 and weigh 270lbs and have been told that I'm too heavy to run. Is this advice I should adhere/listen to? I think that running is the best way for me to see a huge improvement on my cardio vs sitting on a bike and cycling.

      It’s all relative. It’s dangerous and terrible advice to tell you something like that without giving you.a strategic safe plan.
