What makes this even crazier is that Floyd was actually a pressure heavy style with elusive movement. But, because of his hand injuries he had to rework his whole entire style to his iconic Philly shell style we know him for. People forget Floyd used to actually fight back then.
Yeah he ain’t no bitch, he had good offense era and the best defense era
He still fought even as Money Mayweather. He just stop looking for the knockout. He just beat dudes up and won on points. Stand and bang is not the only form of fighting.
It wasn't just because of his hand issues, it was also moving up in weight. He couldn't stay in the pocket as much against heavier dudes
The greatest pure boxer that ever lived.
Willow the wisp check him out
@@punchy1325Willy Pep? A legend but there’s levels.
@@theonewhoisbetterthanyou3570 so winning a round without throwing a punch doesn't top Floyd
@@punchy1325 floyd had best plus minus numbers for a long period of time.
@jaytrxps1149 so did Pep. It's not like I don't rate Floyd in the top ten i do, but definitely not TBE
Floyd’s style is the epitome of a slick american boxer.
Can't believe they try to compare Haney and some boxers to Floyd they good but they don't do this to they competitors
I think Hopkins, Roy, & Leonard better fit that title
The best to ever lace up gloves , the closest is Oscar de la hoya 💯 both legendary
Yeah stolen from locche an Argentinean
@@CHRISTIANNWO Roy’s style doesn’t have a nationality.
Watching this version of Floyd is a thing of beauty. Relentless attack, when opponent covers up top he comes down low.
*Pretty Boy Floyd* one of my all time fav fighters not “Money”
RIP TO SOME OF THESE FIGHTERS MAN.
His hands broke often.
@@gold9994 Facts.
Floyd was fighting above his means back then his hands couldn't bear the pressure of all the powerful punches he was throwing
Yeah floyd before he money and broken hands was an animal
“When I was Pretty Boy I wanted to fight everyone when I became Money everyone wanted to fight me” -Floyd,
I used to think Floyd was a “runner” and all that but seeing his boxing he truly is a master of boxing in its purest form as George Foreman once said “Boxing is like Jazz the better it is the less it’s appreciated”
It's time for peoples to give Floyd the credit he deserves, a true master he owns his own class in boxing and for me he is TBE
Most of these where past their prime don't be fooled
@@punchy1325i can't be fooled buddy, I watch floyd since 2000, when he was pretty boy floyd he was probably the must ducked boxer in the history of the sport
@mark_yt91 can't be fooled 🤣🤣🤣 you apparently have been. I've been watching boxing since before Floyd was born, not that it matters like you watching Floyd since 2000
@@punchy1325have a nice day
Look at the guys in this video. I think that says it all.
Floyd is a goat no doubt but
you have to admit Gatti was tough AF
Took them bitches like a champ. 🗿
"now he's getting tagged with all kinds of stuff!"😂😂😂
The most accurate puncher and most ducked fighter in history, Pretty boy 🔥.Nobody wanted the smoke with pretty boy
Like who? I only hear that kosta didn't wanna fight him & that he wanted to make a fight with Morales but idk if that was true
@@Bankai_Musashi1 Oscar, Shane, Prince Naseem and many others..Pretty boy is the most ducked in history..The media will never tell you that
@@nanakwesinyantakyi9408 Oscar & Shane fought him dude, I heard Naseem did tho so that's funny.
What about all the fighter's that was afraid of losing their undefeated records to Money Mayweather
@@Bankai_Musashi1Shane fought him when he was Money May, at that time Shane had nothing to loose..Oscar only had the guts to face him he made him move up two weight classes and trained with his dad.
One thing is for sure Mayweather a top 10 boxer all time, based on boxing skill, IQ
Floyd " Ima show the world Gotii is a C+ fighter in front of his own fans, I will humiliate him" I'll never forget he said this on ESPN 😂
Floyd was vicious in his early days.
I don't care about how nobody feel Floyd the greatest boxer of all time
One of the greatest, not the greatest
@@youngiso677the greatest
@@Fksumm Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, and so much more
@@youngiso677 Mike Tyson? MAN GET OUT 😂
@@TheGoodOnion Evander Holyfield, gervonta Davis is on a break, the list goes on, Mike Tyson up there whether you like it or not
Floyd Mayweather is one of my favorite boxers of all time
People who talk down on Floyd for “running” or “ducking” is a blessing, because I immediately know you can’t listen to a single thing they say about anything.
The Greatest Boxer to ever walk this Earth
The greatest thats ever lived
Im mexican and you cant deny preety boy era he was giving everybody that smoke! All champions one after another
The difference between Floyd and other all time greats is his best performances were in his mid/ early resume rather than at the end.
What? Most fighters don't peak at the end.
@@CHRISTIANNWO hahaha makes sense...yet he still fought young canelo, dangerous maidana, pacman, ortiz...
No most boxers have their best performance when they are young like Ali and Tyson but people discredit old Floyd because he was more defensive
🥊🐐 Goat. The best ever
Floyd was so fun to watch bro. Pretty Boy and Money Mayweather. The epitome of hit and not be hit. Outboxed opponents beautifully. He was smacking tf out of Gatti Jesus
For me it's 1. Gatti 2. Corrales 3. N'dou 4. Canelo 5. Marquez 6. G.Hernandez 7. Guerrero 8. Cotto 9. Hatton 10. Judah
*All Time Performances altogether
Talking about Pretty Boy Floyd not Money Mayweather 💯
@@rudybacsan5050 That's why i added ALTOGETHER above after I saw the title
Not a bad list
Haha you tried your best to get his dodgy wins off the list
For a novice boxer (Pro debut) to fight the way he did when he stopped his opponent in the second round is absolutely amazing.
Who was that old man he was fighting tho?
A different type of beast 🔥 🥊
Bro was so fast and powerful😭
This version of Floyd was more athletic, explosive on offense but still very good defensively. Money May matured and became a fundamentalist never relying on his physical gifts like he did as PrettyBoy.
mayweather's KO ratio before moving to welterweight was 68% which isnt a massive puncher but is also respectable. Wasnt until he was fighting larger guys combined with long term hand problems that he really stopped getting knockouts.
ボクシングをちゃんと見出しのがここ5年くらいのもんだから見て無かったけど、メイウェザーって強いね。
Wow congrats.🎉
Pretty Boy vs Money is a dream matchup
Both HoF resumé
That Gatti fight was one of the worst ass whoppings I’ve ever seen
To unleash these hands and toes Bob and weaving, jabbing and upper cutting straight left knocked out done
I’m sure everyone has seen enough of this boxer for a lifetime
This version of Floyd was more athletic, explosive on offense but still very good defensively. Money May matured and became a fundamentalist never relying on his physical gifts like he did as PrettyBoy.
That's one against Corrales was a masterpiece clinic against an undefeated champion who was favored to crush Floyd that fight.
Thumbs up in support of your list, excellent.
Floyd the greatest most complete fighter to ever step on the ring 🔥🔥
Really a difference btw Pretty Boy Floyd and Money Mayweather🔥
One thing for sure Floyd scince age 5 or 6 was taught every boxing conbat stance and poistion
Ok knok uot.🎉
So cold
Am I the only one that thinks NBA youngboy looks like a young Floyd Mayweather?
Sone of his greatest feats was when he was younger no lie, but most of my favorite fights in his career was later in Floyds career
Floyd is the greatest child sized fighter in the county he lives in 😂. He can beat starving guys that can barely stand upright what a beast.
Truly TBE
He deserves his flowers now because when he's gone people will look back on the level he performed at consistently for the time he did and In my opinion I won't see that again in my lifetime. The most dedicated hard working talented boxer ever. The way he could adapt to any style and I mean any was incredible. He famously said the guy he's fighting might have one or two ways to win but he's got 50.
Tank could not deal.with this
This version of Floyd would have been a great match up against Manny Pacquiao
Give him to Tomas Hearns, you'll see him on the canvas for the first time
Pretty Boy > Money Mayweather … had to b there to see pretty boy in his prime … shit was different lol
Look up Roberto Apodaca career highlights, when your career highlight is you getting knockout that says something
A far as a boxer his style when was younger was in untouch
How tf are you not going to have the Canelo fight in this ? I think that was his best performance. Nobody has controlled Canelo the way Mayweather did.
Its said pretty boy not money Mayweather
And Mayweather, if you beat me, then you gain my respect
TBE.
Pretty boy Floyd could beat Gervonta Davis any day.
I can’t wait bro
1996 Floyd beats 2024 Gervonta
13:12 😮😮😮
TBE IDC.
Everyone that hates Floyd needs to see this
should be: CANT' READ FLOYD! LOL
Don’t need to read when you’re a billionaire
But he can read?? These haters only make themselves look dumb believing a joke to be real.
Like Lionel Messi in his looong time of domination
I think Corrales is Floyd's best, dominant, win.
To be fair though, Corrales was struggling to make 130 at that point of his career, and only agreed to the match because Bob Arum offered him a lot of money......Money talks.
Didn't help that he was also sick during training too.
how can that be when corrales still fought about five more times at 130 after floyd?
@@mr.brightside6576these people talk sh!t just to discredit someone they don't like. Don't bother replying them.
It's based off what his management said about Corrales at the time. They were angry at the people who made the match happen in the first place. They said Corrales was weighing around 180 when he started training for Floyd, but Corrales himself wasn't expecting to fight anybody at the time.
Corrales went to jail after the match with Floyd. That might have been the reason why Corrales got disciplined enough to makes weight.
@@CHRISTIANNWO bunch of excuses and made up stories
I think it’s hatton. The finish against hatton was so clean
Wow
Whole lotta running goin on huh lol
Box
TBE
Because I’ve danced with the devil, and I love to dance with you
roid head his whole career due to brittle hands that wouldnt hold up nothing special and his roid use was exposed in hauser report so why people give him a platform is beyond me but he biggest cheat in boxing
This version of Floyd was a baaaad man!!
On queer street 💀💀
over rated fighter. def. not the TBE.
Back before he became known as Floyd "Running" Mayweather
outboxing aint running...casual spotted
@mr.brightside6576 Seems like you need to go watch track and field if you think that's boxing lil bro
@@Tripod509 boxing isnt just about throwing punches. It's just equally defending yourself intelligently. Floyd is an outboxer. He's just using lateral movements, range, distance control, footwork, superior defense and outboxing skills. You just got poor understanding of the sport.
@@Tripod509running but still outlandinng every boxer. Never been knockout. Made more money than any boxer. Retired healthy. You need to worry about your wife running away with your neighbours.
@kurusamy7090 lmao sounds like you need to run to his house with all that glazing you doin. All good if you don't wanna accept what kind of fight style he had.
Mayweather, hahaha 🤣🤣🤣😘
Until then, I don’t have to respect you
😴
I guarantee u if Floyd stayed in this version of him, all of his haters would be like "Floyd😭❤️🔥"
TBE.
T bud Crawford got something say about that 2× Undisputed 🏆🏆🏆🏆

@nikushaa. 25 of his fights in nevada that's no world champion he was terrified to fight outside of the state let alone travel the world we can all win if we rig the game it's a pity because he is one of the most skilled boxers ever but failed to be great
The goat of boxing
If it wasn't for the brittle hands Floyd would of been a killer his whole career.... Ndannou was his best performance the amount of right hands and check left hooks he lands is a different level.
This version of Floyd was more athletic, explosive on offense but still very good defensively. Money May matured and became a fundamentalist never relying on his physical gifts like he did as PrettyBoy.
The fact that they used to try to paint him as arrogant when he literally used to cry after every win is insane
Mayweather was a very entertaining fighter….until he became “money Mayweather”… then his fights are like watching paint dry.
true
Old Floyd was still entertaining if you’re watching from his perspective and not wanting him to lose😂. Floyd Vs cotto and Guerrero were good fights
He was far better defensively when he was Money Mayweather. Could you see Money struggling against someone like Castillo?
@@H.K.5Second fight was very one sided
He had to make the adjustment to be more of a defensive minded fighter to compensate for his hands getting more brittle over time
iQ ain't fookin with any of your favorite fighters 💯
dude standing within striking range dodging everything
@1250-1300 nasty combination
I saw the debut and called my dad on the phone and said. "Remember Roger Mayweather, the Black Mamba?" "I just saw his nephew Floyd Jr.'s pro debut and this kid could be the best ever some day, based on what I saw."
Very similar 🤣
i always wonder how the later part of his career would’ve went down if he stayed like this
BORING HAYYYYSSSSS
And I was trained by Mr. Miyagi wax on wax off wax on wax off. I would enjoy every minute
