Yeah. Monitors have a faster refresh rate. I used to play on a 60hz tv and it felt like the ball would teleport from the pitchers hand to the plate and I couldn’t track it at all

If you’re enjoying playing on PS5, I’d say stick to PS5. Especially if you play other games on that console

Yeah, the decision is up to you then. I had both consoles so I made the switch but I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to switch.
