    Just wanted to know more about communities.Is it possible for you to create more user scenarios where it will help me to understand the communities.
    That how partners or customers will play around in their portal?
    From creation of accounts to submitting the quotes.

    Overall Video is a good one, I have a query here when we logged in as customer we can see open and closed cases right, but for me I cant see those open and closed cases, when I go to that particular site I can see but as a customer I am unable to see.

      After changing the ownership of open and closed cases to the customer user, I can see by this way.

      The other way is like changing the record level security for cases to public read only.

    Hello , i have small query , In Open cases tab it will show all the open cases right and when we click on any record , a particular record will be opened and I want to add certain fields to it when the records get open, so can you guide on how to achieve this? how fields are driven inside when we open a record?

    Very well explained. Thanks a lot. Can you please let me what would be the Default external access for Case object in this scenario ? do we have keep it Public Read write or Private will work ?

      Thanks Harshit for the feedback, in this case it was Public. You can set that as Private too based on use case if you would limit the scope of record access

    How to embed a video playlist to the Salesforce community page?
    Also, if I go ahead and add a component from appexchange, it will affect functionality or anything on Salesforce.

      Vijay, adding direct playlist is not yet possible in salesforce, however there are different ways use lightning component and embed into the salesforce ommunity page

      @@vijaypappuru I havent implemented that, but looks like we can use the 3rd party lightning component called as Vidyard lightning component. let me know if this helps.

      @@sfdconestop Yeah, this helps. How to download/add this component to my sandbox? Also, please confirm whether the new packages will affect the current functionality or not.

      @@vijaypappuru Its an App Exchange product, you can search this and install this app in your salesforce environment. Also this will be new app, so existing applications wont be impacted, hope this helps.

    Great stuff, learnt a lot. We need more of such videos. Kindly assist, i am failing to remove the "Jepson" in the Compact Header and the background colour which is greyish which i want to be white. Kindly assist.

      Thanks so much for your feedback, Kindly navigate to left side of the community builder and look for Theme, there you can change the Page Background colour and also make changes to the header, do let me know if this helps.

    Can we restrict the community user to only one list view, for example when he is On case object he can see all list views that are available

      Yes we can.. when you create a list view you can restrict the visibility whether to certain public groups, roles, partner portals etc. Hope this has answered your question
