What if patient is allergic to a PRN drug prescribed, would we code it or just verbalize it to the Examiner...thanks

Just a question regarding implementation. The patient has an allergies to ibuprofen.
Looking at the PRN meds the patient has ibuprofen prescribed.
Question. Knowing that this is an error. Are we meant to code it? And verbalise what we’re going to do in real life.
Or are we just going to leave it blank and verbalise what we’re going to do?

Hi i just want to ask if you need to write in the back the PRN Medications that you hvr not given (in the medications not administered at the back page) ?
For example a PRN of paracetamol that was not given due to it was just given 2 hours back as a stat dose? I hope you can help me. Thanks!

I’m a nurse prescriber and experienced mentor. In my opinion that explanation is overly complex.
