This just made me like, SUPER happy. I love how it got more people to donate, but it kinda sucks that more people didn't realize this guy spent his time, ringing a bell, all alone, in the middle of winter, trying to help others and donate when they saw him.
This is one of the best missions they've ever written. It's simple, visible, seemingly random and it still puts a smile on my face every time I watch it. Keep up the good work IE!

I went to the sears store today and I heard the salvation army bells ringing, I put all the change I had and Grabbed a bill and Put it into the Donation Bin. Nobody around was donating to him at all, and the guy looked very discouraged before I was there. When I donated I said, God Bless, and then The guy started Singing Jingle Bells, I got a little choked up and thought to myself, This Guy Singing Jingle Bells, Just Made My Day. Happy Holidays
Improv Everywhere videos always make me happy. ALWAYS. It's so rare to find people who can pull stunts like this without mocking anybody. This and the Best Game Ever (Improv Everywhere descend upon a little league baseball game - result: epic) are probably my two favorites, but they're all great.
haha. ive already seen all of the improv everywhere videos, but i just keep coming back to watch them all again! they never get old. i even have all of the musicals completely memorized with the words and moves.

ImprovEverywhere, you are GREAT people. Some of your improv like this help people around the world! Instant Date? You just helped that couple! Say Something Nice? You made people feel good! Surpise Wedding Reception? That couple got what they wanted, friends, family, and a great day, even if they weren't planning anything special. You, by far, are the funniest but most nice channel I think is out there! Keep doing what you are doing, because this needs to be on TV one day.
this was the best improve by far. because it impacted not only the people there for entertainment but i touched eople that would not have donated before. Whoever had this idea should get a coockie.
You guys should combine these incredible and kind pranks with the Massive Flashmob pranks. 3000+ people with Handbells helping all around the city in the same exact time! Would be amazing

what a great surprise for the collector, that can be a lonely and frustrating job watching people walk by and not help your charity.
Even worse you dont get paid for it!
amazing how this can vary - in Australia most of the volunteers like this get something for their trouble, unless they choose to volunteer for nothing
