Those beautiful sunsets mate. Travel with a camera. So looking forward to it. Flying to Queensland on the 8th mate. Caravan show. We might be looking at a semi off road now. Not the hybrid. Less weight for more beer and gear. Love your work. All it takes is 1 ant. Then the whole bloody tribe moves in. Hehe 🍻👌
Yeah I know mate! Gotta get back into photography...I have way too many hobbies already 😅 Nice one! Lemme know if ya find anything, I'm a big fan of those Golf's. They make a few good allrounders and fairly affordable.
Hi mate i was at number 4 camp at Elles 3 weeks ago and the weed in the bay was so thick like an oil slick to thick to fish or even snorkel ,but still a lovely spot.
Arr we might av been there the same time...ish! Yeah there was bulk bulk weed in that bay, maybe it all broke down into some sort of oil?? Yeah great little spot hey! Catch any fish?
@@oldmate_adventures No fish at elles as the weed was so thick i could nearly walk across the top of it, in your clip it is much better than it was for me couldnt even see the reef so i fished in other locations but still didnt get much ,my real fishing was done after i left Warroora and moved to Quobba then the fishing got better.
@@oldmate_adventures Hi mate didnt realise but ive watched some of your other clips months ago, as i grew up in Point Samson as a kid and now spend most of my time fishing on the coral coast you have been to many of the same spots as me if you look @ my name on youtube you will see its made up of Dhi ,Quob , Gnaloo, You should give Dhi a try mate im sure you would love it if you havent already.
@oldmate_adventures planning 3 weeks next year, 7 days at shelter bay 5 at maggies and 5 at Exmouth and a few days on the way down try for muddies just sth of Exmouth
Nice!! Towing a van in? Yeah we have had some luck at Giralia Station but I've heard it gets a fair bit of pressure. Good thing is the track in is shit house so it keeps the average Joe out. 👍👍
@@oldmate_adventures nah 23 Pajero Sport, swagging it, getting a porta boat that we'll carry on the roof, folds up the size of a long board. I'll have a lift & AT's by then.

reviews say it a bit tough getting over dunes to that string of camps?
@John Corlett yeah definitely mate, we were tyres at 15lb all-round and diff locks in just to get out. If you rolling with a big V8 would be no probs!
