Can you also use PRO but you only use to manage client's websites. So they pay their own hosting and I get 20% of that. I don't want to host websites myself. So I don't need cloud professional for up to 300 websites.

You do it either way. If you put all clients in your hosting. Then they don't have their own hostinger portal. If that's fine with you then you can save money.

What I don’t like about this is you are limited at what you can make. Other hosts charge you maybe total $400 for the year and you charge the client maybe $300 for yearly services so if you have 50 clients you can make good money in residual income. What do you think? What are your thoughts? Unless I’m not seeing something correctly?

Best way to make money if you have several clients is to use a VPS and host the sites yourself. Bill each client on an annual basis.
