Thank you for this video, Andreas. When you said "You've been doing such a good job lately" I wanted to burst into tears. I guess sometimes, we just need some form of acknowledgement on the things we do, even if it's something small, because you get this sense of reassurance that things will be okay. Because it can feel like "nothing's happening" or "no difference happens" and it's easy to just curl up in bed all day being stuck in that sensation of stagnation when you're pushing to do your best and can't see progress yet.
