We saw Hector dippin in the '53 Chevy on the way there, and he went bacc to the hood to make sure more homies are on the way. Sag, I spoke to you on the phone a few years ago, and you refreshed my memory on a few things. One thing that still stands out in my memory, is some of the first people I remember seeing there were the 2 South Sides - unmistakable with the blue chuccs and fat gold/yellow laces - South colors and S hat. They were an extention of Raymond Washington and the Eastside Crips. Under That umbrella. Carver Park & Mona Park were independent of Mack Thomas and the Compton Crips, which started later in 1972.
Santana was always striving to be the best from its inception. When Bullet got killed, the rejects and has beens from several sets, goined Santana Block, and became legends.
