I came here from Judy's video and honestly, I don't get how people thought Judy's swap was awful. She sent some really expensive stuff, like, have you seen the price of Estee Lauder's skincare? And that Smashbox palette too. It's clear that Shan spent a little more money and her packaging was more organized, but you have to remember that Judy has three kids and hardly has time for herself, let alone putting hours into putting a package together.
They both were very happy with what they got. So stop being stupid

I checked out Judy's video and WOW you did a great job on the packaging, wrapping, and labeling each items! I could tell you were really sincere :)
Both swaps are great, but Shannon defo knocked it out of the park! HUGE upgrade from her last swap.
I don't understand what all the fuss is about. Judy sent her nice things, too, and she followed the guidelines. DKNY, Origins, Smashbox, MAC--those are all high end. Even some of the drugstore stuff she sent (Physician's Formula) is on the expensive side. Yes, Shannon sent her more stuff beyond what they agreed upon, but that was her choice.
+Cassie Carter Exactly! Origins isn't cheap by any means.. My night cream from them costs 60 dollars.
+Devan Eve I think it was a very fair swap. It's never going to be completely even but that was super close regardless.

I think Shan gave Judy a better swap. ijs. Not saying Shan doesn't like her products Judy gave her but Shan's was better. But do take in consideration Judy does have 3 kids now = EXPENSIVE

This comment section has some really sad comments. Swaps are like presents, you appreciate them not whine about not having enough. Shan seems happy with hers so why ruin that guys? Judy sent some awesome stuff too like chocolates even though it was her first time! And they both went over the decided 5 of each budget. They both did an amazing job for EACHOTHER not us, and appreciated it. Lets leave it at that :)
I agree 100%! It would be so nice to see ONE video of a "bigger" youtuber (those with more than a 500k subbies because they seem to get the most hate) without crappy comments! The swap is for those two and if they enjoy what they received, who cares how much things cost? They both mentioned that it's not about the money. People can be so mean and bitchy.

First of all, Judy couldn't possibly know what Shannon sent her. Second, Judy has three kids to take care of. Third, no one made Shannon buy all those expensive products, she chose to herself just to be kind which is why she added so many products in Judy's box.

i was so friggen excited about this video, itsjudyslife is my all time favourite vlog channel on youtube and you're my favourite beauty guru so when i found out you guys were doing a makeup swap i fangirled so hard XD
Just came from judy's channel and saw the swap, yes shannon put a lot more work in the presentation, but i think judy's package is brilliant too, because it's really hard to get physician's formula products outside the us. I mean after all judy is a mum of three. Plus if u're a beauty junkie and u get free beauty stuff from other beauty junkies that itself is a very exciting thing.
I think people don't understand that Judy followed the rules and Shannon didn't (though it was very sweet of Shannon to send extra items). Judy had no way of knowing that Shannon was going to go overboard.

I agree and she did send her stuff she can't really get which is very generous of her and she didn't get her cheap stuff either so I don't see anything wrong with this she just didn't spend as much and it's really the thought that counts not how much you spent in the first place as it is

I thought you and Judy both did amazing in your swaps!! I love the fact that both parties were genuinely excited for the swaps! After seeing Judy's video I need to get the Tom Ford palette!! Physician Formula OMG. Even though it's drug store, it's still fairly expensive and high quality for drugstore, loved these videos!!
Agreed Physicians Formula is borderline expensive, especially for a drugstore product, but totally worth the money :D
Yoyo Bear I know!! I just can't seem to shell out the money if it isn't in sale for 40% off. It's drugstore and I feel like for a few more bucks I could et something high end. However when I do get it on sale it's like amazing! The quality is phenomenal, and for it being considered drugstore makes it even more awesome! Price is a little too much if you don't get it on sale.
Yes! Physcian's Formula is sooo expensive in Australia, for a highlighter/blush/bronzer it's like $25 in Priceline :/
For those of us who started even learning how to do makeup Judy was the first around!! Judy is a veteran at this and even if Shannon did get judy more stuff it is nothing but well deserved. IMAGINE if YOUR "role model" asked u to swap with, you would go above and beyond and judy has the most SWEETEST heart ever!! It is disrespectful, as an admirer of both, for those of us subscribed to shannon to be rude to Judy. Xo shannon. Great video for both. Extraordinary women!!
Please pay attention to the guidelines they set for the swap. 5 drugstore and 5 high end products. Judy got her 5 high end products so I don't know what everyone is complaining about! The Estée Lauder cream, MAC Mineralize Skinfinish, DKNY perfumes, Smashbox pallet, and they sell Origins stuff at Sephora, as well as drugstores so it can be considered high end because it's not exactly "cheap". They both did great, but Shannon went overboard and that was very nice of her but not necessary! She probably wanted to make up for her other swap! Stop the hating and just enjoy the video!!

Your makeup is always perfect. Like literally, just the right amount of concealer/powder. Your bronzer is just enough to give a beautiful glow but now overpowering, same with blusher/highlighter. And your eyeshadow is always perfectly placed and blended. Need to practice more to master this.

I am just going to be blunt and cut to the chase ANYONE comparing the swap is annoying and every other mean thing I could think of. Did they both get 5 drug store items? YES!! Did they both get 5 high end? yes!!. Did they both include extras? yes? So are you ppl just nit picking of course be go forbid you just say something nice. Oh and yes I really like Shan Box and wrapping but hey I also enjoy watching Judy hold down newborn twin and a toddler get the hint there ppl. Why is everyone freaking out about money? It's not about the price of what Judy bought, she obviously has good judgment and wouldn't give Shannon crap. They made a deal to give each other their favorite items, Shannon obviously loves what Judy got so leave them both alone.
It's not supposed to be a competition. If somebody sent me a box with makeup in it, I would be so happy. It should just be about appreciating the fact that someone cared enough to buy you nice things. Some people would consider themselves lucky to get one of these boxes.

Gosh there are some nasties on this page. Judy said in her vlog that she was shocked at what she got and hoped that Shannon was happy with what she got..how was Judy to know that Shannon had gone overboared with what she sent. It was supposed to be 5 high end and 5 drug stores....you guys need to get real and leave Judy alone. Shannon was rapt with what she got so why should you guys be so hateful!!!!
