Have you ever come across - Norahan Stopping Scabies Process - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.

There are more bacteria living in and on us than we have cells!!! The mitochondria inside our cells, the powerhouses of our cells, are actually foreign organisms and without the gut flora we would not be able to absorb nutrients and we would die!!!
Antibiotics destroy all the good besides the "bad" bacteria and hence destroy the immune system! They nearly killed me 9 years ago and l am still not healthy!

HYPOCHLOROUS ACID WORKED WONDERS for my daughters Demodex infestation. I’m not using that word lightly either. They were causing constant styes & chalzions on her eyes. Her lashes were falling out and then they caused her to have an awful red rash around her mouth. It would get itchy. I felt so bad for her. She was about 4/5 years old. Her eye dr reccomended the hypochlorous acid it helped so much. We’ve pulled back a lot on her eye hygiene routine and she hardly ever gets styes and no more chalazions. I would spray the hypochlorous acid on a few different cotton balls. One cotton ball per eye. And then one for around her nose and mouth where the rash was. She no longer has the rash and hasn’t gotten any bumps at all since we started using it.

I had experience on using hypoclorous acid. It works but it only give me a temporary relieve, let say about 3-4 hours. The best product to kill demodex is tea tree oil mixture. I am using We Love Eyes and Ovante for eye lid & facial cleanser. Those product cure my 5 years dry eye (include styes) problem. Other products like eye drop for dry eyes, hot eye pad, eyelid massage... are all snake oils; Using them for 5 years is just give more money to producers and youtubers.

I think eyelash extensions are part of the problem. I had had them several times and they always tell you not to wash your eyes too much as it makes the lashes fall off faster. This is terrible advice if you are prone to mites and sensitive to them. I will never get eyelash extensions again.

I was diagnosed in my mid-fifties with acne rosacea. I was actually relieved that my diagnosis wasn’t lupus. My family doctor thought I might scar. It was so severe, he wanted me to splash only water on my face until I could see a dermatologist. Sadly, I had to be on a wait list.
Fast forward to my appointment, my dermatologist walks in the room as says, “Acne Rosacea.” She told me most of her rosacea patients are fair and caucasian. She did a scraping and found demodex in excess of what is normal. She asked for me to be patient because it would take a long time to resolve.
I took oral minocycline for a long time. I was asked to only use my prescriptions on my face. I washed with Avar (now it is Plexion Cleanser), and I applied Soolantra. I was put on oral steroids, at first, for inflammation. I looked like a monster, and I didn’t leave home (except to see my doctors) for at least three months.
I’m almost sixty now, and my skin looks very smooth and clear. I use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser and moisturizer with Shea butter and Niacinamide. Two or three times a week, I still incorporate the topical prescriptions - just to keep things in check. I haven’t needed oral antibiotics for a few years.
I kept a photo diary of this rosacea journey, and it’s difficult to look at. When I was younger and in ballet class, we would face the mirror for center work, and I had wondered why I was always red as a beet ...when nobody else was. I thought I just worked harder. I probably have had rosacea all of my life.
By learning how to improve my skin barrier (following Dr. Dray’s advice), my skin is in much better condition than before my diagnosis.
Sorry for this long story, but it has been quite a journey. If one works diligently, there is hope beyond this beast called rosacea.
Oh ~ And never forget your sunscreen! ☀️🌿

I had demodex out of control for many years it sucked. Dermatologist remedies didn't really help me much. I ended up solving the problem by watching my face every night and applying a mixture of tee tree oil and colloidal silver. during the night demodex have a party in the surface of the skin and when they die inside the skin it causes a reaction (redness). it took a couple of weeks to see improvement it got worse before it improved. that worked for me and i'm not saying it will work for everyone.

I really wish dermatologists would look closer at the impact demodex has on skin conditions. 30 years of suffering leading to suicidal ideation. I’ve been to countless dermatologists who push me out of their office with a script for some seb derm medication that I told them has no effect. Now I’m forced to experiment with treatments and online research. I have inflamed skin with zero support. Why are dermatologists so resistant to assisting with these issues? Just because people aren’t dying from these skin disorders it doesn’t mean people aren’t suffering…. SO ANGRY 😡

@@tashbrewster689 the body can't destroy them. There are antiparasitic agents like ivermectin that can kill them. In my country that wasn't available so we used tea tree oil to get rid of them (for some reason they really don't like it). @@tashbrewster689 tea tree oil doesn't really help the skin barrier as far as I know. But demodex mites do not like tea tree oil. Repairing the skin barrier helps keep the skin healthy over the long term. I only used the tea tree oil for a very short time under my dermatologist's direction. She also had me on antibiotics and antifungals to prevent infection because my skin barrier was so weakened at that time. Gradually I healed and now I look like anyone else. However when it was severe I was unable to leave the house because it was so disfiguring. There are various things that can cause rosacea; but if your rosacea is caused by demodex, there are many who have successfully treated it with the antiparasitic approach!

Ironically my fear of mentioning demodex mites is due to the fact the last time i went to the doctor and mentioned it...he immediately reached for the 'anti-psychotic' prescriptions...even though i've never been diagnosed with a psychotic illness nor do I display any such symptoms appart from daring to think I may have parasites.
But that is what the Uk NHS is like. I guess you get what you pay for in this case...the NHS is free and subsequently a lot of the doctors are trigger happy with prescription drugs as that's how the NHS makes its money!
I haven't been to see a doctor (GP) since...that was 4 years ago!
Subsequently I went to Moorefields Eye Hospital who immediately confirmed Demodex and offered Blepher Demodex as a treatment but it's for sale only and not available on prescription.

The NHS is the pits. I’ve got some stories. Honestly, people here wouldn’t know a decent medical system if it slapped them in the face. Ultimately, everything government touches turns to the pits. I’m terrified I might get something more seriously wrong other than a skin rash. No wonder people pay extra for private to avoid it and it’s mandatory for a reason. So good, it requires government force to exist. Anyway, sorry for the rant.

It’s Simple , demodex mites is the problem ALONE .
Every single day make sure you purchase tea tree oil wipes with Hyaluronic acid and chamomile extract and make sure aloe Vera is in it too . After a shower before bed EVERY single day use these wipes Monday to Friday and have the weekends off , Ofcourse if you are using makeup on Saturdays then it’s a must .
Also your gut determines your skin so fungal and yeast too much sugar Candida albicans you’ll need to apply this for the rest of your life .
One good thing for your gut is
    Wild Oregano oil
Fruits (1 serve a day) and vegetables plenty .
Cumin , turmeric , garlic , ginger are all great and also in particular rocket and fennel . Take it easy on any processed foods also ect salami , pizza , sausages , McDonald’s frappe or ice cream with syrups that are genetically modified with corn syrup , gluten is a big no ect .
    I hope this helps .

I think I’d go crazy if I thought too much about this, especially as I look down at my dog snuggled up against my leg, wondering what little critters are hitching a ride on HIM. But, I guess there are all kinds of flora and fauna all around us, all of the time. They have evolved with us, and they are here for a reason. No worries.
Not the same thing, but when a friend’s daughter saw a allergist for her allergy issues, he made her look at stuffed animals in her office under some kind of microscope. The stuffed animals were crawling with hundreds, thousands of dust mites. Poor kid was traumatized, went home and threw away every stuffed animal she owned.

Interesting video. However, I'd caution against baby shampoo for demodex blepharitis.
"There are a number of effective treatment options for patients with Demodex, and selection is based on the severity of the condition. Management may include a combination of lid scrubs and removal of the eyelash collarettes with the use of a blepharitis brush or a cotton-tipped applicator and lid foam. Recent publications have demonstrated that baby shampoo should not be used for lid hygiene as it is ineffective and may have a negative effect on the tear film; the survival time of D. folliculorum in 50% baby shampoo was >150 min and showed no change in quantity over the course of 350 days."

Thank you so much for this video. I've had rosacea for 30 years and had flare in late 2020 and then I was diagnosed with Blepheritis in early 2021. I began to research this and saw that Demodex mites might be related in both cases. I was able to get a 5 day zithromycin prescription from my eye doctor which killed the rosacea flare and then I began adding tea tree oil to my facial cleanser and treating my eyelids with it. This has worked very well. However, I went to my primary doctor because I have had eyelash and hair loss as well as some plaques in my ear and on my scalp that are also possible with demodex infestation. She wouldn't give me a referral to a dermatologist even given my two diagnosed issues that could mean I am sensitive to these mites. I researched more and was surprised to see Ivermectin as a potential treatment. Of course we can hardly get that here at all since Covid. So I'm left to self medicate again. I will investigate this topical Ivermectin. Oh and I found that giving up gluten made a huge difference in keeping my rosacea flares to a minimum.

I also went to Mexico and got a bunch of standard oral Ivermectin over the counter there. No problem bringing it home. The USA customs and immigration asked me if I brought anything back to the States. I said yes I have Ivermectin that I got in Mexico. She looked at me and just asked how many? I said 1 dozen. (my partner also had 1 dozen but on a different flight) As long as it's not so many they think you're going to sell it you're ok bringing it into the USA. The tea tree oil works but you can't put it too close to your eyes so it's limited.

Regarding demodex mites causing or worsen Rosacea I‘d like to know your opinion on a certain skincare product called Demoderm. Main active substances are sulfor and zinc. It also contains menthol. This skincare product is supposed to detox the skin and doing so it is said it can lead to an intense worsening of the skin in the beginning as part of the detox process. The skin is supposed to heal itself eventuall so that - according to the Demoderm-thoery - the skin doesn‘t need any skincare at all and should regulate itself. During that detox period it is said, that Demoderm is drying out the sebum in the skin so demodex mites would basically starve and die and the skin can recover. The pores on Rosacea-skin are referred to as Demodex-pores.
I‘d really like to know your opinion on these theories because I can‘t find any statement by a dermatologist, not on Google nor on RUclips and I would like to know if Demoderm is worth a try. Many Thanks!

I saw a video of yours saying something about yeast building up, I tried the dandruff shampoo. It's too harsh of a soap for my color treated hair (strips the color). Thanks also for letting me know about the dangers of alcohol on aging skin! Sadly, I had finally found a great body moisturizer that I used on my face by Goldbond 10 hour Max it had hylaraulnic (sp) acid and melatonin and it did have chammomile for fragrance. skin SOAKED it up at night and in the morning it was still there. ANYWAY got to looking at the bottom of the ingredients list is ceta-alcohol !!!! So sad. I'm tempted to use it because it otherwise seemed to be so hydrating. It was almost the LAST ingredient. Doesn't this mean a very small amount used? Maybe just a little needed for drying purposeses? Anyway anyone or young ones who don't mind alcohol this is a great moisturizer IMO.

So I tried it, and wow within a couple of months things went back to normal. From what I read about Soolantra, it contains a small percentage of Ivermectin, which is used on horses for ... deworming! Of course, it's formulated differently (NOT FDA approved for human use). Soolantra is very expensive. My insurance only allowed 2 refills, and then cut it off for me.
