At 42:30 ish there's some pink graffiti out lined with blue, below it a mushroom. The far right side off the pink graffiti appears to move, like it's animated?? Can someone explain what is going on?

Agreed it is pretty odd but seeing as it's next to a window we're inclined to say it's the wind
