I tried this and what i can conclude is that if you do it correctly exactly the way he did it, you will ateast get a featured character almost guaranteed. I think its guaranteed featured character, idk. But after doing it again and again you'll get the Ultra eventually, unless your luck is that low. Also id recommended saving up cc so that you can do all the summons at once. I think it increases your chances.
