So, with this video we can uderstand that owners sometimes purchase and sell the shares because of prediction of their margins. Means if they know that they will get low margins in coming quarters or may be for 1 or 2 years, they sell shares on high prices and when they know that in coming some quarters their margins will go up and stock price will also act accordingly then they start buying their own stocks on low prices. Just my observation..
I've noticed several companies across sectors having negative receivables in CFO and would like to know what leads to this negative cash value. Request to please make a video on this and how to identify if someone is cooking the books which can be identified using cash flow statements.

Please make a video around the connections of margins & ROE & ROCE.Many time companies with very low OPM show very high ROE and ROCE. How does that happen. Take different case studies and explain the concept

In statement profit and loss, under expenses, Changes in inventories of finished goods is it Inventory loss or gain ? And Negative number here is Inventory gain ?

the inventory thing in cash flow from operating activities in screener is this thing only ?
All direct expenses are included in cost of goods sold and not just raw materials.

So if there's no pass through mechanism when raw material prices fall, does the concept of inventory losses work? In that case isn't falling raw material costs actually good for the company ? Something like branded generic Pharma cos benefitting from falling rm prices and GMs expanding for them ?
It's all about high cost RM in the system. If there is no inventory at higher costs in the system, there shall be no inventory loss. If there, then there will be losses if product the company is selling gets adjusted very quickly in the markets on the basis of RM pricing

Sir I have a question... recently I was studying Praj Industries and I saw that their margins are flat @ 8-9% past 10 years but their business is good and it is expanding...so I am little bit confused about their margin. ( Not asking for buying recommendation )....and again thank you for such wonderful content ❤️
checking margins is historical checking and same way is PE. Shares are purchased considering the future growth potential. Praj is doing extremely well in building future
