Listening to Kalbhairavi Ashtakam will destroy and I mean pulverize any form of Ill will to you. Make sure u do not overuse as it can cause harm to you if nobody has any ill will toward you. Never ever do bajrang baan...consult a guru b4 hand if u feel something tantric is necessary I highly advise against it unless YOUKNOW someone is sending u ill intent. Bagalamuki mantras are to be careful with definitely not an everyday mantra only for removal of harsh energies or as I stated b4 ppl purposefully against you for defense. Hanuman chalisa is good 1 or 2x a week for dark energy removal. I'm just speaking from experience. Shiv tandov can be a bit much too so be careful as well as Mahishasura mardini stotram can make it worse unless you are SURE someone or someone's has it out for you. You don't wanna start a war that isn't there it could fire back at you. Just talking from experience. Know your mantras and stotrams .etc...
