I have but then I think they’ll just offer me a contraceptive pill because I can’t think what else they could do but I’m at a point where PMS combined with my mental illnesses just aren’t giving me a break and I may as well talk to a doctor to see if they can suggest anything x
I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis last month, and although there's nothing much to do other than laparoscopy which I don't want to do quite yet, it is really relieving to finally know the reason as to why half, sometimes two thirds, of my months are lost to fatigue and pain.
@@RhiannonAshleeVlogs I've been the same, it's really effects my anxiety with the hormonal changes. I saw someone recently post about Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and I found I related to it you might find the same. It's horrible feeling like it for weeks out of the month, I hope you find something that can help, doctors can always be hit and miss when it comes to woman's problems they just think you should put up with the pain, the hormonal changes and put you on the pill but don't let it out you off you deserve to feel better.x

I've been struggling a lot with anxiety & depression for years but especially lately (I think most can relate) and these videos remind me to find joy & peace in the little things in my daily life. If I'm having a hard day it somehow helps to come to your channel and see your everyday, normal activities/chores/etc. It somehow motivates me! Anyway, I just really like your positive corner of the internet and just wanted to share that!
I think the frame looks good and in the location in the lounge. If you were to hang the art anywhere in the house the frame would look odd and then I think maybe go for a different frame. The things around the art and frame makes it work and all come together.

oooh, i'm malay and got giddy when i saw that sauce lol. 'kicap manis' is basically sweet soy sauce :) you can use it if you want to add some sweetness to your marinades or stir-fries! i usually mix mine with some regular soy sauce to balance out the sweetness, and also add a bit of sesame oil if you want a more oriental/asian twist!

Yes how amazing are the tights. The nulu fabric is the best pair of tights from Lululemon. When summer comes around you should try the bike shorts in the nulu they are amazing

Have you tried Evening Primrose Oil? I have awful PMS, verging on PMD and it lasts for the majority of the month. Started taking evening primrose everyday and I’m seeing a noticeable difference in my mood! 🤍🤍

My home-style guru has just said she doesn't like matchy kitchen appliances....I've literally just spent weeks scouring the internet so all my retro appliances are in duck-egg green! LOL 😂🤣 I don't regret it though as my kitchen is all white and it needs a pop of colour. Usually I hate matchy matchy with other things but with Kitchens and bathrooms i like it for some reason

My home-style guru has just said she doesn't like matchy kitchen appliances....I've literally just spent weeks scouring the internet so all my retro appliances are in duck-egg green! LOL 😂🤣 I don't regret it though as my kitchen is all white and it needs a pop of colour. Usually I hate matchy matchy with other things but with Kitchens and bathrooms i like it for some reason
