Very nice video... and choice! I've purchased a 2014' model A3 1.4 TFSI (S-Line) 150hp last year (Sold by Audi dealer with 5 years warranty at 75000km). Now the car has 105000 km and I am really happy about it. In 4 years I will probably change it for the same model but 2019 - haha. I had a lot of different cars in my life but finally this Audi A3 is the perfect car for me.
I test drove one of these cars yesterday and I have to say I was surprised what the little 1.4 litre mill could do. While it is no fireball, the 250 nm of torque meant that the A3 had no trouble keeping up with traffic. Acceleration was perhaps a bit better than an old school 2 litre NA engine. It is not just Audi; other manufacturers manage to squeeze impressive outputs out of sub 1.5 litre engines these days.

Chiar este o mașină reușită din toate punctele de vedere, interiorul este pe gustul meu, (noaptea poți ascunde display-ul să nu te deranjeze, ai totul simplu, bine organizat și la îndemână), cât despre consum sunt obișnuit cu motoarele 1.4 benzină, am avut Astra F, G și acum H(toate cu motor de 1.4) puteam să trec la Astra J sau K , dar nu au reușit să mă impresioneze și mi-am dorit o schimbare, de aceea cred că Audi A3 este alegerea perfectă din categoria și anul ei.
Just Got the a3 1.8 tfsi 180 ambition 2 door, with sportpack interior and s-line steering wheel, the one thats flat at the bottom, never liked small cars, but these 'new' audi a3 is amazing, and Great video btw:) sorry my english is broken 😁😁
The TDI is damn good and economic I would have bought it again. The problem is that you don't know if Diesels are banned in the cities in the future and that it could be difficult to resell the car. But for a petrol engine the TFSI is pretty good in consumption. Just 20 jears ago it was economic for a Benziner over 100PS when it consumed 7-8 liters.
@@SDADanCars A bad idea currently.. A car I have to charge for 8 hours after 150 kilometres driven is still no option for me. They should improve that technology until then.

That's a good car! I have an a3 1.4 tsi as well, but the sedan version instead...my doesn have Nav system..it's a pitty that Audi is kinda cheap these days! This should come as a standard feature...my only concern is that after 100.000 km tsi engines are kinda worn out...
It's so funny how you have worst possible equipment in the car and everything just cheapest you can get in this a3 and you still say it's amazing... Respect to Audi.

No problem at all with this engine from 2013 work perfect and it is economical. Maybe older Tfsi with chain from 2009. My car still work perfect until now , i will make another video review and i will explain all about it. 👍🙏 Thanks for watching my videos.

Duy I dont have the car anymore but it was amazing. Very reliable and I never had problem with it. Very good consumption. I changed only oil and filters and things that must change..
can really tell you loved this car ,they are very nice cars indeed..doesn't this engine shut down 1 cylinder when driving round town (drives on 3 cylinder at low speed)
Hi Mikail, I heard the same story before I buy it, and after i buy it I use the best oil long life and I never have problem with oil consumption. Maybe I was lucky but the car was amazing. Also good consumption 👍👍
The problem was present in the 1.8 tfsi and even more in the 2.0 tfsi. Due to poorly designed piston rings. The engines you should avoid are the ones made between 2006-2012. The 1.4 tfsi had problems with the chain. It was eventually replaced with a belt system in 2012/13 which fixed the problem. No chain no problem.
How many you paid for this car? I knew it was 4 years ago but I looking for same car with Petrol engine 1.4 and 140PS but I found really good but on the limousine platform for 10000euro. What is best to check in these models? What can go wrong in this car, I asked you, because you have some experience :)
I had pay 4 years ago like 11k Euro. Personally I didn’t have any problem with the car. Some people complain aboit about oil consumption but for me was perfect… didn’t consume for me

I had an Audi A3 from 2013 and was way better then many cars from this days. New Polo it is super nice as well. You have to go test drive both then you can make a choice.

Hi Irvin, the oil filter it is under the car in the front part. I think I have a video with it on my channel, dont remember sure. It is very easy to change but you have to go under car.👍🙏

Multumesc Iulian, "How much" banuiesc ca te referi la cat am dat pe ea. Am dat in jur de 10.000 euro. Normal pretul era cu vreo 2000 mai mare dar a avut cateva zgarieturi si lipsuri pe care le-am reparat singur. Inca mai astept un plastic din Germania care lipsea. 👍👍

Eu am o Astra de 10 ani cumparata de noua , si ma gandeam sa-mi cumpar o alta masina, iar ca modele ma uitam spre Audi A3, Seat Leon si Leon ST modelele noi ( ST este printre foarte putinele break-uri care imi plac, exceptand Audi si Volvo :) ) , nu am omis nici SUV-urile compacte gen Tiguan, Tucson...voi vedea eu , pana atunci stau cu ochii pe ce mai arati tu si altii pe aici :)

@@iulian7225 Un diesel de 1.4 consuma extrem de putin fata de un 1.4 benzina. Uite te sa vezi ce consum avea A2 de 1.2 TDI comparativ cu A1 de 1.2 TFSI...sau diferenta dintre 2.0 TDI si 2.0 TFSI. Hai sa nu o dam in SFuri bine?
The engine will shut down two cylinders and automatically re-activates them when they are needed, the whole process being imperceptible to the occupants. You are driving in 2-cylinder mode when the driver message 2-cylinder mode is displayed. It is an automatic thing :)
SDA Dan Cars ye they are bro, but I don’t like the dpf system. I’m only 20 and I had a Opel corsa before my current car it was a petrol and I had no idea of what a dpf system is, so when I got it, I realised after that, it’s very annoying tbh.
In Italy we have the same problem for the diesel, specially in the north cities (Milan for example). For this reason I ve sell my old A3 8L diesel 130 hp with 300.000 kms and now I supposed to buy the A3 Etron with conscience the the engine will never as a TDI...
The car was amazing and I still miss it. I sold it because I brought a Tesla Model 3. You can also see the videos on my Channel with new cars. But A3 was perfect and reliable 👍
Edin before I buy this Audi A3 I heard alot of stories about oil consumption and people have problem i heard ...but i never had problem. Always change at 15.000km only 1 time . My car was perfect from this point of view.👍

I love the Audi A3 but slightly put off due to getting badly injured by one when a guy hit me off my motorcycle having several bad Injuries and 6 operations and 1 or 2 left to go and unable to ride a motorcycle due to damaged leg and foot still .😞

I bought the A3 2.0 TDI because it has 25% more torque than the petrol one. It’s fun to drive and quite quick in city traffic

Diesel and Petrol will be banned in 10 to 15 years for sure. If you have the opportunity you can buy an hybrid or electric one.

Audi A3 Sportback. But Polo is also an great car with great new tech and nice design....but I would buy Audi...

Eu am o Astra de 10 ani cumparata de noua , si ma gandeam sa-mi cumpar o alta masina, iar ca modele ma uitam spre Audi A3, Seat Leon si Leon ST modelele noi ( ST este printre foarte putinele break-uri care imi plac, exceptand Audi si Volvo :) ) , nu am omis nici SUV-urile compacte gen Tiguan, Tucson...voi vedea eu , pana atunci stau cu ochii pe ce mai arati tu si altii pe aici :)
Iulian sa sti ca daca nu ai familie mare sau nevoie de carat mult nu merita SUV , impozite mari ,asigurari etc... bani aruncati aiurea. Seat am vazut ca fac masini bune si mai nou si frumoase. Cat despre Audi eu sunt super multumit de A3 din 2013.
@@iulian7225 Un diesel de 1.4 consuma extrem de putin fata de un 1.4 benzina.
Uite te sa vezi ce consum avea A2 de 1.2 TDI comparativ cu A1 de 1.2 TFSI...sau diferenta dintre 2.0 TDI si 2.0 TFSI.

The engine will shut down two cylinders and automatically re-activates them when they are needed, the whole process being imperceptible to the occupants. You are driving in 2-cylinder mode when the driver message 2-cylinder mode is displayed. It is an automatic thing :)

SDA Dan Cars ye they are bro, but I don’t like the dpf system. I’m only 20 and I had a Opel corsa before my current car it was a petrol and I had no idea of what a dpf system is, so when I got it, I realised after that, it’s very annoying tbh.

In Italy we have the same problem for the diesel, specially in the north cities (Milan for example). For this reason I ve sell my old A3 8L diesel 130 hp with 300.000 kms and now I supposed to buy the A3 Etron with conscience the the engine will never as a TDI...
You can buy an electric car like I did... check out my other videos...I did an great choice ...

Edin before I buy this Audi A3 I heard alot of stories about oil consumption and people have problem i heard ...but i never had problem. Always change at 15.000km only 1 time . My car was perfect from this point of view.👍

I love the Audi A3 but slightly put off due to getting badly injured by one when a guy hit me off my motorcycle having several bad Injuries and 6 operations and 1 or 2 left to go and unable to ride a motorcycle due to damaged leg and foot still .😞
