- Rock star turned actor Pete Doherty on working on Sylvie Verheyde's drama 'Confession of a Child of the Century' and possible on set romance with one of his co-stars.
the more i watch about him, the more apealing he is. He really is interesting, and is well read and intelligent. I also find his interviews to be quite honest :3

I don't think the media portrayed him as a monster...they portrayed him as a hopeless drug addict, which he seems to be. But that's just one fact about him, they never talk about his art and his talent. But his fans know at least.
Pete is a legend, he looks a great actor :)

Yeah that's quite true, but in that case (just want to clear I'm NOT TRYING AT ALL to compare Peter with them) critics said the same about James Dean and Marlon Brando and it was part of their signature... I just say give him a chance and don't think of him as the singer/tabloid celebrity before you watch his performance. Greetings :)

i think for the most part, they're complaining about Pete's delivery of the line, which I think is justified. I love his voice/music, but I can't ever seem to ever get what he's saying lol.
