​​@@ShivamTechie 1220p is way better than 7320u. Ryzen 7320u is based on older Zen 2 platform, even older Ryzen 3 5300u is better than 7320u. So if Intel i3-1220p is coming in your budget then go with it.

Ryzen 3 7000 is better but go with Lenovo, a little bit expensive then Acer but quality wise and after sale support of lenovo is better then Acer.

Agar brand preference nahin hai aur Acer aur Asus mein se choose karna ho, to 8 core wala _i3-1220p_ certainly better hai.
But because of the blazing fast DDR5 5500Mhz RAM aur Gen4 SSD, Ryzen accha perform kar raha hai.
If RAM requirement is just 8GB then go with Ryzen, but if you think you will ever feel the need to expand RAM extend your machine's life, then go with an i3 based machine.
Aur vaise bhi 43K ke aas paas kabhi Lenovo 5500U vala bhi mil jata hai jisme wahi TN panel laga hua hai par backlit keyboard hai aur RAM 12GB tak upgrade ho sakti hai.
HP 15s-FQ5007tu bhi ek almost no-compromise laptop hai jisme IPS display aur backlit keyboard available hai, par pricing fluctuate karti hai
Dell Inspiron 3520 Core i3-1215u (under 43k) is another option you could look into.

I got a laptop with ryzen 3 7320u , has ram 4gb + 4gb , where they said that the one 4gb is solded and another u can replace with 8gb or any other but you have to replace the pre existing ram in order to upgrade

LPDDR (Low Power) RAM *cannot* be upgraded. It is soldered. Always.
DDR5 RAM in SO-DIMM (small outline DIMM) form factor is user replaceable.
So always look for DDR, nit LPDDR. Unfortunately, DDR5 RAM is currently expensive so your best option is to get 16GB DDR4 RAM.
