So nostalgic, I remember the chaos when gears 2 first released and the smoke grenades would stun you and people would use that exploit to get past the lasers. Needless to say it didn't work most of the time! 😂
bro finally someone who remembers this, i didnt have xbox live at first for gow2, so i would throw a smoke and ragdoll across the map every game.
Good times! Although fun, the novelty soon wore off and having to deal with those fucking smokes every round was rage inducing lol

I used to play this game with my hood friends back in the day. We'd say things along the lines like "ya motha" and "I'll eat ya father's asshole" among other colorful insults whenever one of us would die or if kills were stolen off downs. It was complete chaos but were the best memories as a gamer I've ever had. Thanks for taking me back with these videos.

Man when you mentioned your idea for the security match a while back I knew it was gonna be funny, but I couldn't have possibly imagined how hilarious that turned out. I was pretty much wheezing the whole time, but fave moment has to go to the b-fire mortar over the wall leader kill straight into the lasers 🤣

I wonder why people really hate Ruins that much. I think that starting map has the coolest design.
Edit: Maybe people only dislike it for the Guardian game mode, because there's no good leader tactics for that map as good as others. I think that's how I see it.

Just get a One X, it does the same thing and is half the price. Plus it takes disks

guardian is the gamemode that has most of the players, all the others are empty as hell so hopefully this helps you

You can get the series s if you want the 60 fps. You don't have to wait forever for a series x.

Definitely. I would happily pay $40 for a Gears 2 Remastered. Best and most intense campaign and just imagine all the G2 multiplayer bugs and glitches fixed. That would be cool.
