I love Lana Del Rey with a passion & think she's absolutely gorgeous, and she looks amazing in this video. However, I have to agree that the cover photo is awkward, it's an odd unflattering angle and she doesn't look her best. I wonder why they chose that one when the photos inside the magazine are much more eyecatching.
They should of used the photo with the leather jacket as the cover.

Me gusta que lana siempre ha sido la otra cara de la moneda en cuanto a las artistas femeninas en la industria de gran consumo, porque a ella siempre le ha gustado lo elegante, clasico y glamuroso en cuanto su imagen personal (sobre todo por alla de los 2012-2014) pero me atrevo a decir que el 70% de su escencia personal es ella en tenis, jeans o shorts, una chaqueta negra de cuero y el mas minimo de maquillaje ya que ella se ha cuidado notablemente la piel y en la actualidad (2020) son contadas las veces en la que uno la ve con un maquillaje completo. Las que la seguimos desde hace tiempo sabemos que ella anda libremente por las calles en gorra, 0% maquillaje, jeans, camiseta y tenis y eso hace que la sintamos mas cercana. Y me gusta que aunque en este mundo de ser artista comercial donde hace photoshoots y etc nunca trata de ser alguien que no es y no tiene problema en salir en jeans y camiseta hasta en las fotos, y en la calle obvio, cosa que las artistas del pop mainstrean no hacen, es un sacrilegio para ellas, porque se han acostumbrado a el 90% de las veces presentarse super arrgeladas y con un maquillaje super buchon (no digo que sea malo, cada quien sus gustos☝️), mi punto es ellas siempre tienen una imagen impecable y a lana le vale madres. Vieron las entrevistas de 2019 e inicios del 2020 que lana hizo para su album NFR? Iba en short y chanclas a las radioemisoras😛. La amo. Ari, taylor, cardi B, nicki, las demas, JAMAS se permitiaran hacer eso, ante todo la produccion💄💍💎👠👗, y lana en sandalias tiene una presencia unica y fuerte. No se si entienden mi punto, pero tal vez el nivel de riqueza que pueden llegar tener estas artistas es inimaginable para la poblacion promedio, donde no tienen que fijarse en ahorrar, en la cuenta que van a pagar porque ellas tienen todo ese poder adquisitivo y obvio se acostumbran a andar siempre vestidas y maquilladas de marcas de diseñador suuuuper caras, y zapatos carisimos y tienen a su propio maquillador por lo cual siempre andan suuuper maquilladas, kilos de base de maquillaje etc tal vez este estilo de vida las haga muy lejanas a nosotros. Cuando veran a ariana sin su pestañon postizo, base full covertura y botas carisimas? Creo que jamas. Y por eso se agradece que una artista como lana ses tan autentica, y no se pierda en ese mundo tan desconocido para la mayoria de la poblacion. Hay un video aqui en YT donde lana en 2012 estaba caminando por NY en tenis, jeans, y una chaqueta azul impermeable, gorra, sin maquilaje y fumando donde unos chavos se acercan con la camara y le preguntan si queria salir con ellos a lo que ella responde NO pero que probablemente lo hubiera pensado si no la estuvieran filmando y documentando mientras le preguntan, se sintio como una celebridad y acosada y claramente ella es tan libre y "salvaje" que si le hubiera gustado hubiera dicho que si, pero aparecieron filmandola y eso la incomodo y no pretendia ser quien no era aun y aun en que ese año le exploto la fama comercial. Solo queria ser una chava normal en NY pero para ese entonces ya era una celebridad y ella seguia firme siendo quien es.
