SAITM medical degree is lawful - Appellate Court (English)

Regarding the SAITM medical faculty issue....
There are few questions to be asked...
Have all the foreign medical colleges listed in the medical council got best quality and standards?
Are all those international medical faculties which are not listed in the medical council inferior in quality?
What do you say or have to say about students getting 3 As, or 2As 1B from Colombo district who don't get through to government medical faculties due to the district basis doing a medical degree by paying while some students from nuwaraeliya district are getting selected to the government medical faculty with a result like 2B 1C?
Why can't the government and the medical council get together with the SAITM management and develop its quality up to the standards of at least Rajarata medical college, do the admissions based on the AL results, as in the minimum pass mark of a student for the national Uni throughout the country and let those people who are eligible and who can pay and learn, study medicine in SAITM?
The real problem here is not the private Uni, but the admission criteria and the quantum of work and exposure....
those who were against it were targeting the wrong point and lost. The real threat still remains. No one has ever addressed it....
